Krystal — Restaurant in Dalton

With Krystal’s you get : False advertising. Not honoring coupons within their own app. Nasty, cold, trash food given to me in a ripped bag. They denied my requested refund ( but wanted the food back without issuing a refund).Worker Alesha and her manager would rather argue at the customer, ignore them and act a fool than just honor a coupon or request for a refund. If a customer decides not to take the trash you hand them, the customer has the right to a refund. Just like the prices keep rising for your mediocre food, the intelligence level with your workers keeps dropping. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant setting.* ADDED INFORMATION AFTER SPEAKING TO CORPORATE & DISTRICT MANAGER * I spoke with SPV Hospitality @ (346)440-0772. These two local Krystal’s are a franchise and are responsible for refunding customers. The local Krystal wants to put the blame on Corporate. They forwarded all my information to the Krystal’s district manager and he was to have called me with a resolution. I called corporate( SPV Hospitality again today 3-11-25),to inform them no one ever called me from this West Walnut Avenue location of Krystal’s. I finally received a call back from the district manager but he just called me to be a jerk and argue. I again called the corporate office and relayed the conversation. I am now waiting on the owner to contact me.I will update this review if the complaint was ever handled . **Added second update: After I contacted the corporate office about the district manager, corporate contacted the owner and my money was...

Not much to say...it's a Krystal. The front of the store seemed clean enough. My little girl asked, "Do they not have a kids' meal?" No...they do not. We ordered the 2 chiks combo with one being spicy and the other regular and added bacon, cheese, and ketchup. This was for my boy to try it and compare it to the White Castle that we had visited while on vacation in Kentucky. He ate one sandwich (the spicy one) and only a couple bites of the other (regular) and all the fries. I asked which he liked better and he said the White Castle chicken sandwich because the Krystal one had too much mayo on it. I tried the White Castle and this one....IMO Krystal wins. The chicken wasn't dry and had a good flavor. Only issue with it that I had was that the breading was sliding off the chicken patty. The fries were good and both of my kids enjoyed them. The lady taking our order was patient with my boy as he decided and clarified his order. Apparently only the drive-thru register was being used because she was writing down the order and then going over to the drive-thru register to put it in. Total price for the combo was $13.60. Price way too high considering you can go to a sit down restaurant for the same price with full size sandwiches. The bonus is the that they do offer a...

Carmen was the best I sit there 4 cars back and was there 40 minutes I was concerned but seen there was 2 cars that was just door dash whom should be a little harder to taje orders there and called in she apologized first thing when I pulled to the window.. I realized this woman is running the whole thing saw her pretty much dressing hamburgers ..my hamburgers so she hands me my lemonade and she apologized ince again I said I see your running it alone..i applaud you whats your nane she said Carmen I said I'm Beverly and your Super!! My fiid was delish she had made them perfectly Bobby was a happy guy with his order!! Thanks Carmen!!! After I got home I was ok with the time I was there.. Gave ne time to think about maybe a new career I would love to...
