Bayshore Storage — Local services in Daly City

It seems like San Francisco and all the peninsula cities seem to be squeezing out all the storage facilities, luckily these guys don't seem to be affected. Newly opened I was kind of skeptical on transferring my belongings over here. I usually stick with the big name companies (public storage, extra space storage) but having that they just opened I figured let me try them out. Best decision I've made and I will never go to those big name companies again! This place is fairly new so when I moved in, i was able to rent a large unit to store my belongings from my previous storage unit and added to it. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable on what my options were and if i needed more space, the transition would be smooth. By the way i was helped, you could tell that these guys knew customer service. I didn't feel like i was being sold, more on what i needed. Pricing is reasonable compared to the neighboring competitors and the neighborhood is actually quiet. The atmosphere is different from what I'm used to from a storage facility, which isn't bad. I feel comfortable knowing my belongings are secure with them and from now on I WONT BE JUDGING A BOOK BY ITS COVER!! Keep up the good...

We’ve all been there, you’re rushing to get to a certain business before they close,you’re either in a car or on foot, as I was on May 27, 2021, I had to to go to the storage unit to get a lock put on my unit door as my movers were there earlier to drop my stuff but I had no lock at the time. I check there website and My luck, it’s 10 till 6:30 p- closing time and I was on foot about 7 blocks away, every sec counted, I didn’t even want to stop to let them know I’m on my way, I just hustled. I made it at precisely, 6:32p, as I run up out of breath, I said to the one guy in the drive, are they closed? he said yes, I asked if he was Dimitri, he said yes. I called early in the day, spoke with Michael, another nice guy who’d mentioned Dimitri would be on at night if I had a question. Dimitri’s car started and just about to go, I explained my position & w/o hesitation he agreed to go back in his the business ,& put my lock on the unit. Then returned & asked if I would come in and sign the contract, as an earlier attempt did not work. That’s dedication, that’s a good work ethic and that’s excellent...

They sure have this down to a science. I signed up online with an immediate "move in" date of the same day. Got the first month free. During signup, I picked space dimension, they assigned me a space, collected the necessary information and I was good to go. They even baked me shortly afterwards to confirm.
