Had purchased my thule motion xxl unit online and had stopped by "CUSTOM TRUCK" in South City and asked them how much they would charge mee too install this unit on my Suburban because I couldnt adjust and lock down thee rails to be secure. The sales rep that helped me had his manager come out and he told me "Oh my wife has thee same Unit on her Tahoe, wee had too Zip tie it on to thee rails" really? Just seemed like they didnt wanna assist in thee installation of my Unit. I drove down a few miles too Daly City met with "Mitch" Owner of Bay Truck where he immediately had his technicians check my Rails and Thule Unit out for installation they told mee sure wee kan do it for you and only charged me $40. They did a great job installing rock sliders and some recovery points on my Xterra. Installer went out of his way to use OEM hardware where he could. He even strengthened the aftermarket mounting with a backing plate and some extra TLC.
