Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Daly City

When we walked up to the store, there was trash all over the outdoor seating area tables and then when we went inside, there was trash all over the dining area floor and tables. There was also trash visible from the counter on the floor in the kitchen. The cashier seemed to be under the influence of something, as he mumbled everything he said to us. He told us there was only taco bell at the moment, no KFC, and then proceed to very rudely ask "what do you want?". After we gave him our order he told us they didnt have what we wanted so we decided to leave and as we left he said "for real man?" very loudly. This is not the first time we've had a horrible experience at this store. It's very close to where we live but we will be going to Popeyes...

Came in today and ordered an eight piece dinner and a burrito. Asked for crispy but came home to see they gave me original. The young man there seemed to not want to work there. He was very low energy (not a smile to be found) and didn't even bother to say hello, thanks or good bye...though I always say it. He just plopped the mashed potatoes into the cup and turned out it was only half full. Almost didn't get my burrito either. I looked in the bag to see it was missing. When I asked for it, he seemed indifferent and without a word retrieved it and put it in the bag. Wow. Won't be returning to this location...and possibly any KFC. We got a Popeyes close by and they have good...

I've gone to Taco Bells for decades. Due to my short lunch hour, I go to this particular store just about daily for several months now. This is easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Not only is it the most expensive I've been to, but when I order the crunch wrap or a mexican pizza, the round corn shell is often stale and rotten tasting. I've complained through the company website about it, but after a couple months later, it doesn't seem to matter. I really want this to improve cause, again, I don't have a lot of other options in this area other than start...
