I purchased my Fiancees engagement ring from Faltom Jewelers while deployed overseas with the military.

I searched for a few places who would even entertain the thought of working with me and Faltom Jewelers reached out and gladly took the challenge.

I worked with Rui and he was nothing but helpful. We worked for a few months back and forth through email until I was absolutely happy with the ring. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction and I even changed my mind multiple times until I was 110% satisfied. I made arrangements to get someone to pick up the ring and Rui worked with me the entire way.

With the ring I received a diamond certificate and letter of appraisal. Nothing was lacking in the paperwork department whatsoever.

A few months after I got home, the ring broke but without any question, Rui took it in, looked at it and repaired it. No questions asked and at no cost to me.

The inside of their store is clean and very welcoming. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by one of the staff members who are nothing less than willing to help you.

Rui, his brother Luis and their Father run a business that is well-deserved of praise and success. They will work with anyone who is seeking anything jewelry related. I have sent friends and family down there since my dealings with the store and they too, have provided nothing but positive feedback.

These people are thugs! I came in to get my gold rope chain repaired, they put it together but soldered it in a cheap way. Then when they called me up to say it was done the jeweler said they found a weak point. I gave it to them to repair again. When I came back the third time they said there were three more weak points... I looked and it seemed like someone pulled out the links from these points. These are dirty tactics performed by unethical rats. Stay far away from this jeweler, seems other reviewers have noticed a similar trend. I would give them negative stars. They ruined a sentimental cross chain....

I brought my grandfather's ring in to be fixed its been in my family forever the took the setting that was made of gold and replaced it with a brass setting I've called them and send messages through website I've never heard from them I've been wearing that ring for forty years never had a problem now it turns my finger green these people are crooks and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere their lucky I'm in...
