I had my Iphone 5S Screen replaced by them and the touch no longer works properly. I can no longer hold it to my face without hitting speaker or number keys. It also does very crazy things when I try to type and the touch will regularly completely stop working. They claim they use original parts but I expect they are using cheap aftermarket parts. They refused to replace the screen or refund my money so I am out $82.50 for their shoddy repair work and bad customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE...

Overall, a good place to have in this area. I love to support Small Business in Danville. I had my Google 6 pro repaired, due to a crack screen. Although the time frame was kinda lengthy I do understand. It is a Small Business... And we mixed in two holidays, and needing to order a second new screen. I'm not complaining at all. I give them one star because I cant give them zero. My wife pays $100 a month for internet that works sometimes. When you try to contact them, it takes them hours to reply. Then you get a generic reply like pop your SIM card. I can understand being patient for the 1st few days but when its going on 2 weeks with the same old answer.... My patience wears thin.
