8-19-2021 Ed and Hope are two of the most evil and ugliest, dishonest people I have ever come across. Yes they agreed to sell me two rings for a little over $600. I went to pick them up and I was thrown out of the store. I have no idea what they did with them, but so help me God I’m not going away until I get an answer!!

Noncommunication continues from Wade jewelers. It is my guess that they have destroyed. My rings, melted them down WHERE ARE MY RINGS MR. WADE? WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THEM?

(Text from Wade Jewelers) March 26, 2024 at 11:36 AM "Mr Hall, I believe we found your rings in the box. The band is engraved and has 12-04-54 inside it. If that is your anniversary date it is it. We will sell them back at today's gold market. It would be 615.00." I agreed to the above price. For some reason, when I called to inquire about picking my rings up for the above price, Hope Wade was very short with me over the phone. So, I decided to go to there store to see if I could pay and pick up the rings. Edward Wade went ballistic and told me to leave the store. ALL I DID WAS TO TRY TO PAY FOR THE RINGS. THAT'S IT... I AM STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT THEY DID WITH RINGS?? DID THEY MELT THEM DOWN?? SELL THEM FOR SCRAP?? NO REPUTABLE JEWELER WOULD DO THAT WITHOUT CONTACTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST. THEN, SEE BELOW: UNCONSCIONABLE!

4/12/24 THOWN OUT OF STORE!!! Lived here for over 30 years! Both Ed and Hope Wade yelling at me to get out!!! I was stunned by there ugliness. I was simply there to pick up a ring that I had let them buy. They sent me a text and agreed that they would sell it back to me at the current gold rate. Simply going in their store to see if I could pick them up at the rate they quoted me and they blew up! And I do not have a clue as to why. They refused to even tell me why. I’m still in shock over today’s events. Very sad. They also threatened to call the police. And for what I do not have a clue. They were just plain evil. I’ve been around for 66 years and I’ve never seen anything like what I witnessed today.

UPDATE: May 7, 2024 On April 29, 10:35 AM, I receive a call from Mr. Edward Wade of Wade Jewelers. He was enraged! He made a THREAT that he was going to take my home and my new lawn mower. This type of behavior will not be tolerated any longer by me. My patience is wearing thin. It's totally unprofessional of anyone to make such threats. He and his wife agreed to sell me two rings in writing on March 26, 2024, 11:36 AM. As of today's date May 7, 2024, they have failed to do so. Remember Mr. Edward Wade, your customers are the Crown Jewel of your operation!!

I searched high and low to find a jewelry store to replace the batteries in three of my most prized watches. I was referred to Wade Jewelers by one of the stores I called and I'm so happy to have taken that store's helpful recommendation.
