As a whole, our whole family and friends really enjoy this place. Two sisters frequently serve and they are friendly and helpful. We have enjoyed all-you-can-eat sushi for nearly 10 years! Last visit was a poor experience - first time! Sushi quality and service was below usual experience. Sushi tasted like it had been pre-made - - usually very fresh and tasty. The restaurant is usually clean. Service has been mostly excellent! We have brought out-of-town guests and family to this place as a treat. If our last experience was our first experience, then we would not return. No service. Even though crowd was smaller than usual, we had long waits and we did not receive some of the rolls we ordered. Even another waitress came to our table (and other tables) to offer us and other CUSTOMERS any assistance ("Hey, are y'all okay? I know I am not serving y'all but can I get y'all anything?"). Rolls are primarily basic now. Quality not as high as it ince was here. I look at "old pictures" on their site and wish they provided the same type and quality options. Price continues to steadily increase. Several items still are great! Do not order more than you can eat - - it will come back to bite you (they charge for unfinished food). It's good. Hopefully we just caught them on a low day....

Went today for my birthday with a friend of mine and we stood at the door for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgment was seen by two employees so I called the phone to see if someone would answer and sure enough the lady walked pass us again to answer the phone so I proceeded to ask if they had hostess she looked confused so I waved at her from the door and she hung up took a little while longer then walked over to us said “no we don’t have a hostess and only one server so you have to wait” and walked off before we could even ask do we seat ourselves so we went and sat ourselves at the bar waited again for about 10 more minutes before I told my friend that I was ready to go!!
