D.I. Beach Club was once again a great choice. This is the first time that the "girl's trip" included 2 toddlers and yet it continues to be a great place for a getaway. The property is family friendly, two pools, a grill or two, and other families with kids are usually there as well. While the property is beachfront, it is a walk down the boardwalk to get to the beach and then an equally long walk to get to the ocean itself. If walking is challenging for you, if you have babies, if you want to bring a lot of beach items... consider the walk there and be prepared. A wagon with tires for sand is highly recommended and consider beach chair service from Chaisin Rays. Unit 203 has 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The mastersuite has an oceanview and walks out onto the balcony that also has a sliding door to the living room. 203 has been updated recently and the owners have made the unit look very nice. The floors are so pretty! The decor is absolutely beautiful, but not necessarily great for toddlers. (We moved a lot of decorations out of the reach of little hands- I hope they were put back in the right place. We didn't want to break anything.) Super comfortable furniture! There were plenty of linens and dishes, a full size washer and dryer, extra beach towels to use, a starter set of dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper- much appreciated!! We found the condo very clean, the air was on and they had the unit cool upon arrival, and the ice maker was switched on so we had ice ready for a drink when we arrived. We had no issues at all. WARNING! IF YOU PLAN ON USING UNIT 103 PLEASE READ! My family and I vacation here every year! This year, 3 weeks before our vacation we get a call saying the owners in unit 103 will need the unit due to maintenance! Mind you we booked this vacation during our last visit in June with all my other family! We were to arrive and leave at the same time! Because they waited 3 weeks before our vacation we had to choose another unit with different dates! It was a big inconvenience. We book the first floor for reasons. We had a choice of the 3rd floor or 1st floor. We took the first floor but had to cut our trip short and were not able to spend time with family like we intended. But, what really upset us was the owners were there the weekend we were supposed to vacation. BUT NOT DOING MAINTENANCE!! They were vacationing! Usually condo owners do updates during the winter time not prime time during the summer! Lying instead of being truthful to the people who planned their vacation a year in advance! **Mind you my family was on both sides of unit 103. I know things happen and the owners can use their condo at anytime. BUT BE CONSIDERATE! YOU CAN SEE WHEN FAMILIES BOOK! **HOWEVER, WE WERE TOLD THIS OWNER HAS 4...

The management and staff at the condos are great - so friendly and willing to make your stay special and exceptional! I drink cold blended coffee every morning, so I was dismayed when we arrived at our condo and I discovered the blender was broken. I reported it to the office, just to make sure they knew it was like that when I arrived, and the office staff went out of her way to make sure I had a blender that very same day! So incredibly accommodating! The views are great, the pools are clean, and the other visitors are kind. The condo I chose wasn’t my favorite (this is our fifth stay at the Inn), but every other unit I’ve stayed I has been very clean and comfortable. This is the latest in the year we’ve every visited the Island, and I was a bit worried the weather would be too chilly. On the contrary, it was perfect!
