UPDATE: The manager reached out to me and apologized for the issues I experienced. He promptly resolved the matter and arranged the repair of the iPhone screen. I truly appreciate the manner in which the manager resolved this matter. I recommend Batteries Plus for you battery, lighting, and cell phone needs! I scheduled a cell phone screen repair using the online scheduling tool last week. I scheduled it one of the various times that the scheduling tool offered. The day of the appointment I received a call asking to reschedule the appointment. I agreed and the appointment was rescheduled. Again, the day of the call, I received a call asking to cancel and reschedule the repair. Reluctantly I rescheduled. Again, I scheduled at a time offered by the company. I received an email confirmation. I was literally in their parking lot and my phone rang. Guess what. . .canceled and asked to reschedule the repair. When I asked why this was consistently happening, the snarky reply was, “it is a programming issue with the appointment calendar call them.” I asked for a manager. I was then told the manager would be around until morning. I asked for the person’s name. He provided it and then said, “fine dude, ya want it fixed that bad, I will just keep the whole store open just for you.” I thanked Gage, told home to have a good night. He then replied bet yours will be better dude.

So, I have a personal phone and a corporate phone. just replaced my personal phone two weeks ago. i jad taken my corprate phone in to have a cracked screen repaired.
The first visit they repaired the screen but had broken the back glass and now my biometric scanner no longer works.
So the second visit they charged me to replaced the back screen and repair the scanner that they had broken.
So a third time they had me come back to repaor the biometric scanner, again that they broke. three visits, they were unable to repair my scanner, my phone is now a paperweight because i can no longer easily access my apps thst require passwords. MY PHONE IS WORSE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. They chose to refund me for work done but more damage has been done than replacong a simple, SIMPLE screen fix. I now owe my company a new phone. Only send your enemies here. i should have taken otw when I first visited and another lady was funing mad because they had broken her phone and I was irritated that she was taking so much time and I jad to wait for a long while. Now, sadly, i too can justify her bad attitude. Do yourself a favor, seek elsewhere!!

   Read moreMy note 9 was broken, to a point where I thought there was no hope! The front and back glass shattered, the frame bent so badly, that I'm shocked the inside even worked again. I wish I had taken pictures because it's no exaggeration that this phone should never have been saved. Well I did get a warranty on the phone, (which I highly recommend buying) however I didn't think it would help because of the damage. I called and got an appointment for the following day. They stated they didn't have a back to that specific phone but I could leave my phone and they'd order it and call me in a few days. I went in and a concern was the frame but gratefully samsung sends a frame with the new glass, so they would call me and let me know when it was fixed. They were confident in fixing it and professional. They were super patient with me as I was skeptical. All my info was still on this broken phone because I couldn't see anything to reset it or delete. So I was a little unsure, but wanted my phone back, so I left and the following day, they called and said my phone was ready for pick up they got the back shipped overnight i was in shock at how fast they were and that they even got it fixed. Its like brand new. Literally perfect. Nothing on my phone was tampered with and they were just amazing.
