I was very excited when this store opened in Davis. I moved from Sacramento a few years ago and always loved going to Nordstrom Rack there. Honestly, this store is a bit "hit and miss", the selection is okay, but I expected more. Not very handicapped accessible. I'm handicapped and travel around in a power wheelchair. Not all the aisles are handicapped friendly, with extremely tight spaces, so not very convenient for me. Last time I was there, I was attempting to get to the shoe section for my size, and two employees were blocking the aisle, chit chatting and completely ignoring me trying to get through. I got really upset and tried to go around them, but there was no other way around. They finally moved and seemed to laugh the whole thing off. The employees aren't that customer friendly, seemingly trying to get you to sign up for their rewards program and then hurry you out of the store. I'm not that inclined to go back under these...

When I set up an account, they misspelled my name, which caused both my email and account name to be wrong. I canโt fix it on my own, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff simply told me to call customer service without even giving me the number. That is not how you handle customers. I can excuse new employees not knowing everything, but the manager should absolutely know better and make sure staff are trained properly.
