This was our first visit to The Melt. The burgers are delicious, the fries were great (hot, crispy and seasoned nicely), but there wasn't as much cheese on anything like advertised...a bit of a disappointment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Now, into the seating. It was a nice day and we wanted to sit outside. The seating on the inside looks good, plenty of room. I'm disabled (in a power wheelchair) and it was a tight squeeze to get a seat outside, but I managed. The other issue with the outdoor seating is that unless you're a thin person, good luck sitting on those hard metal chairs with barely enough room for both butt cheeks. These are about the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever tried to sit on, so I ended up staying in my power wheelchair. My poor boyfriend was uncomfortable the whole time we ate. With that said, we will return to The Melt (the fries alone are worth it!) because we really did enjoy the food and want to try the shakes. But next time, we'll sit inside.

I also got the garlic fries and a double chocolate malt milkshake. The music was good. Not too loud. There were people chatting without having to yell. This place is extremely clean as if it's brand new. Next time I'll have to try the barbecue bacon cheeseburger.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!! Customer service and food are both stellar. I've been here multiple times and have gotten their burger, mac and cheese, garlic parm fries, and patty melt. All the mac and cheeses are so good and the patty melt also blew me away! Customer service is incredible as well. Wen has given us some of their chocolate chip cookies to try and they're soooo good! Love it love it love it!!! I don't even have pictures because the food smells and looks so good that I can't wait long enough to take...
