This place is a straight up joke for food. Ordered chili it was cold. How hard is it to take soup from a soup well that has a set temp put it in a cup and send it out hot. Ordered spinach art dip that was good and hot, also got a cold pasta salad as it should have been again good. Beef tip papperdelle pasta was basically beef broth noodles non caramelized onions and mushrooms. Best part is I asked for no mushrooms onions were not caramelized at all. Beef tips were definitely expired so glad they can actually pay attention to stock dates I took one bite and could tell the Beef was way over it's date. Smelled and tasted rotten. Ordered nachos instead simple meal right? Wrong after I heard the k.m crying about a late order and getting shitty with the staff about it(like dude it's 30mins before the kitchen shuts down and you get paid to cook) the nachos had raw un-melted shredded cheese the meat again cold go figure. Only to see the cook(which i wouldn't even call him a cook at this point) to sit at the bar and discuss menu changes with the owner who apparently was sitting in a booth a few seats away and watched the shit kitchen standards when guy can't even melt cheese for nachos 🤣🤣🤣. Drinks were great dana the bartender was amazingly attentive and so kind and apologetic.
Adding to this post as I have heard a staff change was made. I will absolutely be giving this place another shot because it's clear that the owners and front of the house staff do care and take pride in the buisness. I respect that from the owners alot. I have confidence the next Time I come in will be nothing...
Read moreStopped in with my wife to get a bite to eat, but had to go somewhere else to get it. Walked in and stood at the greeter stand for roughly 5 minutes (watched the Club Keno drawing twice) before having anything said to us by the waitress working the bar. She only said, "Sit anywhere you would like." Not rude, but seems that could've been said much earlier. We sat down for 5 more minutes (I checked the time on my phone this time) before doing a Google search of other restaurants. Completed our search (roughly another 5 minutes) and decided on a new place to eat...still nothing said to us... no drinks offered, no menu's, no sorry about your wait we'll be with you as soon as possible. My wife and I picked up our helmets and jackets (we were on a motorcycle ride so going somewhere else wasn't an issue. We like to ride) and headed for the door. We walked passed 2 floor waitresses and the waitress behind the bar....last chance for the staff to say something...anything....NOT A WORD. This was our 2nd time there. The food was good but service was super slow, but at least we got service. We will never go back. No way will I spend my money at a place that will not welcome you or even acknowledge you. So if service or a friendly staff isn't important to you check them out...as for me, poor service twice is about all I'm...
Read moreThought we would try a new place today, read the reviews and they were good. Not sure how the reviews were so good. My husbands clam chowder soup came out cold, my French Onion soup was very oily, his BL "G" the G standing for Gouda had like 1 piece of bacon on it broken in half, so total 2 pieces of bacon for the whole sandwich, its supposed to have "bistro sauce" on it there was barely any sauce, oh and it's supposed to be on toasted sourdough, it was probably dropped in the toaster 2 seconds no toasty brown color on it at all. My Club sandwich again barely toasted, barely any Mayo and the cheese like my husband's sandwich was so thin on it you couldn't even taste it. The waitress was very friendly but we even showed her the BL "G" and she thought it was very light on the bacon as well but she didn't offer more bacon or to take it off our bill cause we didn't eat hardly any of it, mind you we already sent back his soup to be warmed up. Not a place we would go back to, I get times are hard for restaurants coming out of all the Covid crap, maybe that's why we just paid our full bill, gave her a 20% tip and smiled as we left and went on...
