Talk about inefficient!
They really dont give a damn when it comes to walk ins. Made a purchase this week and its time sensitive to transfer the title, there is no appointments available online for a week. So something the government requires me to do can't be scheduled for over a week out? Okay that's fine that's what walk ins are for.
So I decided I'll just do a walk in. 11:30am I walk in and the woman at the desk says if you dont have an appointment we can't gurantee we will get to you if you wait. I knew I couldn't wait long as I had my 3 year old but there was only 4 other people waiting so hiw bad could it be....The man next to me says, "good luck, I came in for a walk in at 9am."
You're telling me this man had been sitting there for 2.5 hrs and they couldn't squeeze his 5 min need in? They can't set up a system where every hour for 10-15 min one employee takes a walk in or two, or be properly staffed/not over booked to where walk in could even happen.
The real kicker is the attitude of the employees. They would finish an appt. Then chit chat, take other questions from people not relevant to the appt. They scheduled. Literally not try at all to squeeze a walk in in.... like why even say walk ins are welcome of you're not even...
Read moreI’m not one to write unfortunate reviews, but I have had some of the worst customer service at this SOS location. I grew up working customer service since a little girl with my Dad, so I know right from wrong. I’ve had to go into SOS a handful of times in the past 6 months regarding a manner I am not familiar with and just simply looking for some help and answers, and every time I have come to the Fremont location I’ve had some very unfriendly service. This past week I had an appointment, but decided to just stop in and see if I could get in a little earlier, and without saying anything, one of the representatives was not welcoming and very rude about the fact that I was coming in without an appointment, when little did she know I had one, without allowing me to speak. I did not engage and just left. I will not be coming to this location in the future. I understand life is a struggle out in the world, but there’s no need to be rude to simple people for no reason. I hope someone is able to relay the message to have better customer service, so guests feel more welcoming and comfortable...
Read moreI went in with my son for his driver’s license and moped license. ‘Chrisey’ waited on us and my son took the moped test. The completion date wasn’t on the segment 1 certificate (instructor’s oversight). My sons driving report card did have the date on it, but it was not an acceptable form of segment 1 completion, which was fine. ‘Chrisey’ was ready to send us on our way, and I asked if we could still do the moped portion at which point she put her hand in my face and told me to “chill”. I had not once raise my voice or spoken to her rudely. If I treated a customer like that at work, I would be written up for it. I will definitely be going to a Muskegon Secretary of State...
