Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fremont

i go here quite frequently never had a problem until iwent there yesterday on 4/14/24 we were in the drive through and we ordered a spicy potato taco and asked for it to be made fresh the employee replied in a snotty remark “Everything we make is made fresh” so i politely said “Sorry i mean the potato” she then proceeded to continue with the attitude “ Do you really want to wait the 3 minutes for the potatoes”, We of course said yes, and then she says “oh they’ll be done in 20 seconds” .When we get up to the window to pay the first thing she says is “You’re so lucky you need to buy a lotto ticket”. she takes the card and I then told her in a respectful manner “ I really don’t appreciate the i was talked to back there, you could have been a lot politer” she then proceeded to hang out the window, and ask why i didn’t appreciate, I told her it was her whole inter action. She told be “ Well my manager was the one telling me what to say and if it’s really a problem i can grab the manager”. she then slammed the window and got her manager Dani, I then ask Dani for the employees name and hers which she also was in a bad mood apparently didn’t want to at first so i then told her “because i would like to talk to your boss”. she told me she couldn’t so i then asked for corporate and wasn’t giving one yet again and the window in our face as well THE MANAGER SLAMMED THE WINDOW . when we finally got our food half our...

WORST service I have ever seen. If it was possible to put 0 stars, I would. Nobody from my group got anything somewhat similar to service. After a basketball game about 10 of my teammates and our coaches went to go eat out at this location. As soon as we got off of the bus we seen one of the employees sprint to lock the doors so we couldn’t come in and eat. Some other teammates even tried to go through the drive through and the girl told us they were out of “everything”. We called and asked how late their lobby was open and they said they closed early due to lack of staff. We counted at least 4 employees and no more than 2 cars at a time in the drive through. Workers were awesome. Update…that was 2 yrs ago my first review. (The window people are great) The other day when we went I ordered pintos and cheese with a side of rice (there was more food ordered). The food was actually really cold Beans were cold and I only got probably a teaspoon of rice. I figure for $1.49 I could get a little more rice. When I asked about it the guy says to me “so what did you order?” I replied “a side of rice” he says back to me “OKAY, then what is this?!” I said if I’m paying a buck and a half for some rice I’d expect some rice not a teaspoon of it.
