Idk being in food service all my life and then mgmt, rule is 2 minutes per customer. I was expecting 5 or 6 or so. But like 10? C'mon guys . You can be speedier than that during the day on a Friday. For the record there were only two people working .. but one was a manager. The girl serving me at the window was awesome though so it made up for it all. Read moreStaff was very nice. I did ask politely if they could turn the music down from volume 1000 to a reasonable level. The manager setting in the back-room response was a not so friendly look (fill in the blanks) but a kind staff member turned it down. 10 minutes later, back to 1000. I have to work from here since my internet is out at the house. I am spending money here too (so far $27 today) just to use the internet and this is what you provide as service to your customers? Also, I am the ONLY customer is the store for the past 3 hours.... So much for small town service. Not a happy customer and will not come back. Even in this little town, there are other options. Read moreOrdered two of the same iced lattes with no whip and one with an extra shot of espresso. Told them the order twice to make sure they heard correctly. They tried giving us hot drinks at the window which we then told them that’s not what we ordered. So we reminded them what we wanted again, emphasizing no whip on them. We then receive our iced drinks, but one had whip. We didn’t have time to wait for them to be remade once again, so we didn’t complain and just took them. Asked them which one had the extra shot in it before driving off and they seemed to not know what we were talking about even though we paid for it.
