I WOULD NOT EAT HERE. But if you do, do not eat here unless you see them physically make your food. Don’t go through the drive-thru at all. There is a guy there that will purposely add an absorbent amount of Salt to your food. We brought this to the managers attention. The manager was very rude. She acted and said that she doesn’t care because she’s gonna be gone in two weeks anyways. And if they would pay their employees more than $10.75 an hour they might care. I mentioned that there has been multiple complaints from other employees and customers about this man, and there has been nothing done about it. She tried to play it off, saying that the salt got mixed up because new people and she tried to say that we told him that we wanted salt on our sandwiches. Then she tried to say the girl made it and was new… she wasn’t. And finally, she said he probably didn’t purposely put the salt on the sandwiches he probably did it on accident. But we would not ask for salt or extra salt because my parents have health problems. They already have high blood pressure along with other issues and adding salt would just increase their health risks. There has been nothing done about him. He still works there. No repercussions have been done and I found out later that there have been employees that have confirmed that he does put a lot of salt on the food on purpose and it was not a one off. I told the manager he is going to put someone in the hospital. She did not care. Her response was that this location is probably going to be closed...
Read moreI have had three unsatisfactory experiences-
I had an old cash app card I wanted to spend the rest of the money on and close out. It had $40.60. my subway total was $40.61, so I gave them a penny and told them to run $40.60. This went over their heads though. They kept the penny and kept running it for $40.61. It showed up on my app both times. I tried explaining, but the person was like yeah that's weird it keeps declining. I tried showing her that she wasn't subtracting the penny.. but no matter how I explained it to these kids they just didn't understand, so I ended up just paying another way..
I asked for salt on my kids sub. We certainly got it, an unimaginable amount of it. It consumed the whole sub. My son refuses to get salt on his food now.. had to throw that sub out.. I get it, sometimes those dispensers give a lot... But if it happens- fix it. Don't give out the bad sub lol..
It closed in five minutes. Three cars were pulling in the driveway. One of them was us. They turned the lights off while in the driveway. The guy in front of us yelled at them like there's still five minutes left.. instead of saying sorry or giving an explanation, they hid.
These aren't huge issues. I like subway. We still go. The kids are hard workers. They're just kids and probably understaffed too.. just posting these experiences, so maybe they'll be read and trained. I'm sure any business owner is interested in finding ways to achieve continuous...
Read moreI decided to give this location a second chance, and they blew it AGAIN! It started out that the girl that brought our food out was completely rude and passive-aggressive. There are zero signs stating that there is a designated spot for curbside pickup until you get to the side of the building where nobody ever parks. Apparently, it was confusing to her that I didn't park in the designated area that I didn't know existed. That was problem number one. Problem number two was that I got home, and only one of the sandwiches was what I ordered through the app. The rooms were right, but that's the only thing that was correct about it. I work in the food service industry myself so I know that sometimes it is difficult to please the masses but when you give someone something that they didn't order after being a snarky know it all that doesn't know much, it tends to lead to bad reviews and loss of business. I won't be spending any of my money at this store again and caution anyone who expects quality service to go...
