I went there today cause my car was shutting off on me so i go in and ask for a battery check the sales person named Brian looks put off that he has to come out and check it. Then he tells me my battery is no good so i say ok i will buy another can he or someone inside help me put it in. He tells me no and i ask again if there is someone who can help me and he says no again and i ask why and he says cause i am short staffed in the most arrogant and snotty way. I am shocked at this so i just go in and pay for my battery then i ask if they might have some tools i can use to get it switched, he points to the end of the counter and says there is some tools behind the counter then walks away! Ok i go around and see whats there... A jumbles mess i can't tell whats what. So i grab what i can. Ultimately the tools are so cheaply made it wont work and a good Samaritan stopped and asks if he can help. We get it done and go in with the battery for the core charge and the guy Brian is in the office no one is at the counter the older lady is just walkig around going outside to smoke and there are people in the back just sitting down doing nothing! I counted six peole and none where doing anything! And i yelled hey can yall come get this battery for the core and i hear brian say in a min. 5 min later i yell back again hey so i can just leave the battery here? Another man comes out an say yeah i guess and im not the one who sold you the battery so i don't know what you want me to do... How much did you pay? At this point i wish i could pick up the battery and throw it at them. I will never go there again and never let anyone i know go there either. Read moreWhen they first opened they had the best customer service, would always be able to tell me what I needed and if the vehicle was there would ask if I wanted them to install. The lady assistant manager or manager not sure, is just rude. Yesterday we went to get my daughters battery check, manager did come out and was finally able to tell us the battery was bad. So we go in, daughter buys the battery and ask if they could install it. All the manager would say was computer says difficult install (over and over again). We ask the young man if he could come just take a look, he starts with "I don't know why I have to change it", He was asked we thought installation was something they offered and he said, No we don't have to. Read moreThis is the worst parts house I've ever visited. Seems they just needed employees and disregarded if any of them have any knowledge whatsoever of vehicles. This is the closest parts house to me and I would rather drive 100 miles if I had to just see if a part is available than to go this place. None of these employees have knowledge of vehicles. Management should reconsider who they hire. Just because someone is able to use computer doesn't make them right for the position. My daughter has ordered a master cylinder 5 different times through this location. Eaxh time the wrong one.Because she's hardheaded and would not listen to me.
