UPDATE!!!!!! Terrible and I mean terrible customer service here. My wife and I brought her ring in for repair for the second time this year as the main diamond had fallen off. The staff in the store acted as if they couldn't care less. No indication in their voice with concern or a care at all. A women's wedding ring had fallen apart and they didn't care????? The ring was sent out for repair can came back incorrect AGAIN! This place is a joke.. Do not shop there. I will NEVER be convinced to shop at Kays again.
My wife of 13 years had been waiting 2-weeks for her well deserved wedding ring upgrade from Kay's. When she was told the ring was ready for pick up, we found it to be improperly soldered. There was a gab between the ring and the wedding band insert. Not just a small little imperfection that maybe my wife could live with, it was a glairing gap that made the set look broken. To be treated so badly by Lisa is just unacceptable. Anything I ask or said to her she gave me the nastiest look. She wouldn't even make conversation with me when I was trying to talk about the problems I've had with some of the products. I'm not sure if she knows this but to be in that kind of position you actually have to be nice to customers and talk to them. A smile would not hurt either! After the last nasty look I received from her I told my husband let's just leave. Of course she did not care but when I went back in to get her business card so that way customer service for Kay's will know what kind of sales rep they have at there store her and the other girl were actually talking about me!!! Read moreI went to pick up my EverUs ring that I have been waiting for months. I assumed their would be a difference in price since the one I ordered was cheaper. I explained it to Hope who was amazing and she thought maybe so too but I had to run everything in the system. The manager who I previously worked with John was amazing but he was not there today so I got stuck with Erin. I felt Erin was rude and not understanding anything I was saying. I got highly annoyed with her as soon as she kept saying she don't understand me or what I am saying. I was speaking proper English and showing her my point. I think if she would have shown me the computer and the discounts as Hope suggested then maybe I would have understand her point as well in regards to the missing discount. Honestly that store is a mess and without Hope and John they probably loose customers because they keep that place going with their smile and personality.
