I never got her name, but the short lady with the visor and dark brown hair was absolutely excellent. The store was slammed with online orders and in-store customers and she rocked that entire rush BY HERSELF.
There was another employee with her with red hair, Iām not sure if there was something more important going on in the back, but she couldnāt be bothered to help with the long line of in-person and online orders. Seriously, there was at least 20 people inside the store, and who knows how many online orders on top of that.
Mad props to the lady up front. She kept her composure so well, too. I have 10yrs+ experience in the service industry, and being left alone during a rush filled with impatient customers with all eyes on me like that would have had me in tears. We came here on 3/24/2025 at approx around 20:30. There were other customers, and seems like theyre rushing everyone since theyre closing by 9pm.
Their staff should have more training, own up their work with honesty, and better...
