This place is an absolute disgrace. It was the first spot where I tried bubble tea and fell in love with it, but now itās nothing short of a nightmare. I used to come here every week for their Honeydew tea, but they completely ruined it. I switched to Oreo tea at the beginning of the year, and by the third and fourth visits, they already messed up my drink. The fifth time was the final straw. When I politely asked them to fix it, the two women working there were visibly annoyed and unprofessional.
Despite requesting less ice, I clearly saw them dump ice into the blender. I asked for less boba, and they filled a quarter of my drink with itāridiculous. The āfixedā drink they handed me was even worse, and those two women had the audacity to giggle and gossip behind my back. Such shameful and immature behavior.
To make matters worse, their hygiene practices are horrifying. They use the same cloth to wipe up drinks as they do to clean the tables. Disgusting. The drinks themselves? Trash. What used to be creamy and flavorful has turned into watered-down, tasteless garbage. The so-called tea has no tea in it, the flavor is nonexistent, and the drink is nothing but cold, thin water with a bit of milk.
This place has gone downhill in every wayāhorrible drinks, abysmal customer service, and appalling hygiene. And those two women? Their attitudes and behavior are completely unacceptable and need to be addressed. Never coming back here again....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe drink that I get (brown sugar boba tea) is really good. I tried a few others, taro, brĆ»lĆ©e, Oreo brĆ»lĆ©e, and they didnāt have much flavor. Definitely not worth coming back if they stopped doing the brown sugar boba tea. My complaint would be the fact that the prices keep increasing, and now they charge 25 cents extra for no ice. The cheapest tip option is usually .89-1.00 for one drink so they come out to be almost 8-9$ for a drink (depending on what you get) with tip. Pretty over priced. Thereās pressure to tip. The fact that they only have one size drink to choose from also sucks. Iād rather have another smaller size option to choose from. Also another thing to note, I would never come here to āsit and relaxā with my drink/snack. Probably one of the most unrelaxing places Iāve ever been considering itās usually always crowded and loud from making drinks and kids talking with their friends. With that being said I come here a lot so the brown sugar boba tea is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIF YOU LIKE AUTHENTIC BOBA, TRY THIS PLACE YOU WONT REGRET IT Itās so hard to find boba shops that use actual taro root and real fruit but Seven Bubble Tea does. Most boba places Iāve seen only use powders and flavor shots. Their tea was absolutely incredible and very flavorful. They use tea bags that literally do not tear( I stabbed it several times with my straw out of curiosity ) and it helps to keep the leaves from spilling into the drink. You can customize your drink to have different levels of sweetness and ice; and the workers are very sweet and accommodating. When I was getting my tea, a group of individuals came in and were complaining about the taro root in their dirty taro tea( which is the point of dirty taro ) and the workers were more than willing to help get the customer a new drink and try and solve their āissuesā. Plus, the cups are adorable and of high quality, you could literally reuse them as much as you want . Highly highly...
