The night shift manager Muhammad is very obvious in racially profiling people. My friend and I walked into the store just before 11pm and upon entering Muhammad just stared at us (both of us black males). He didn't greet us or say anything to us at all and watched us to the point that it was very uncomfortable. Even when I stared back, he didn't speak or look away. We picked up a few items in our cart, including two small wine spritzers for like 1.19 a piece and proceeded to the counter. Two white females came in and he didn't say anything to them either but he also didn't stare and watch them. As we approached the counter another black male came in and Muhammad started staring at him as well and then proceeded to follow him down the aisle and I heard him say to the guy "Hey, the store closes at 12 do you think you'll be done shopping by then." This caused me to look down at the time on my phone because I knew it couldn't be that late, it was only 11:05 and the store closes at 12! He came back to the register and watched the cashier ring us up, literally standing over her shoulder watching but not saying anything. When she got to the wine spritzers she asked for ID which I provided. Muhammad then said "check his ID too" referring to my friend who was standing back scrolling on his phone. My friend stated he didn't have his ID or wallet, it was at the house. Muhammad said "we can't sell it to you then". I was like really??? These were two sample sized cans of barefoot wine spritzer that were 1.19 a piece. We both looked well over the age of 21 and I provided my ID. He refused to sell it to me and said it was store policy. I then told them they could cancel the entire purchase and proceeded to leave. His response was "thank you", as he watched us leave the store. I'm not one to scream racism but this all seemed intentional. I've never been made to feel like this in a place of business in this area. They need to do...
Read moreSave yourself some time and just use another Walgreens. I've been a customer for 15 years and have never experienced the unorganized and unprofessional behavior out of any pharmacy in the world as I have this one. We can start with the ridiculous wait times to get anyone on the phone and that's after you are on hold and they hang up several times. This store doesn't finish your refills and just starts on a new refill if the doctor sends them in after a routine checkup. Also, this is the only Walgreens pharmacy I have come across where the pharmacist was unhelpful and has no clue what they are doing which is extremely scary! This pharmacy in piticular also deleted a prescription sent by my doctor. They filled it and I told them I didn't need it right away and I would fill it when I needed it. They literally said they were deleting it so after a month when I called to have it filled they denied even having the prescription. Insane! Never in my life have I had any pharmacy delete a prescription and have such horrible customer service. Fortunately, after 4 days of no managers available, being told a bogus Walgreens corporate number, and that apparently the police where currently in their store dealing with an incident (I can't imagine why) on my last call, I contacted another Walgreens who then worked every issue I had out with my doctor office that the script was deleted and had my medicine ready in 20 minutes. My doctor office was confused and shocked at this whole incident. Walgreens needs to shut this store down before they really screw up and harm or do worse to someone. Total insanity dealing with such...
Read moreThis Walgreens is horrible. I came in to buy some items two hours before closing. First, I was informed that I couldn’t use the restroom because it had been closed for the night. I told her I REALLY needed to go, but she just stared at me. Next, I needed to know where the two items were in my list because I couldn’t go searching for them because of having to go, plus an injury that was making me limp. All I needed was toilet paper and bubble bath. She said the tp was in aisle 10 and it wasn’t. She completely ignored me about the bubble bath. So I find the tp, but have to walk all around looking for bubble bath. I finally ask her if anyone could please tell me where the bubble bath is. She informed me that her coworker said that they don’t sell bubble bath. Well, I had been in many different Walgreens and I was certain that they carried it. After much walking around the store, I finally found it ! It was cruel of her to prevent me from using the restroom two full hours before closing. She didn’t care that I was trying to find something that her coworker said didn’t exist. It was obvious that I was in trouble but she didn’t care. I cannot recommend this location to anyone who has a disability or who is elderly. Avoid...
