Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I love Dutch Bros drinks and come here a good amount but EVERY SINGLE TIME I talk to the person in the drive thru they critique something about me or my order. I understand Dutch Bros is about being nice and super friendly but this is NOT friendly, you can be communicable without saying something about ME, also critiquing or making rude jokes is not being friendly or funny. The first time this happened was a comment about my name, the man holding the tablet said my name out loud over again and questioned why that was my name, insinuating that it was embarassing to have my name since a horror movie has the same name as me. He made it very uncomfortable because he seemed shocked that my name was that and went on about it multiple times. Then, almost everytime I order my coffee I add 3 extra shots because I want it stronger than regular coffee on the menu, they make a disgusted facial expression and say my order over to me with a emphasis on the shots like they’re shocked. I don’t want to stop coming here but i’m tired of being judged, I work retail and could never imagine saying these things to customers faces and I deal with rude...

First time trying Dutch Bros. this morning, since it was our first time, we pulled up to the menu board to take a look, and we were immediately asked to pull forward in the line ?? We didn't know what to get since we had no time to look over the options ?? So my daughter just asked if they had caramel latte, they do so we got 1 hot for me and 1 iced for my daughter. Kinda lack luster ! Also asked about any food choices, and we were told by the staff outside taking our order that they have muffin tops ?? So we ordered 2 orange cran tops. The server at the window gave us our lattes and the muffins. They were in a prepackaged sleeve and stone cold !!! I mean, out of the fridge cold !! Not at all satisfying with our coffees. Slightly warmed or even room temperature would have been nicer ?? Not sure we...

I’m extremely disappointed to see that Dutch Brothers already has eight 5-star ratings even though they haven’t even opened yet. This is misleading and dishonest. It’s frustrating that a company would resort to such tactics to inflate their reputation before even serving a single customer. It feels like cheating and misinforming the public, which is completely unacceptable.

What’s worse is that Google allows this kind of behavior on its platform. By permitting unverified reviews like these, Google is contributing to the spread of misinformation. It’s unfair to other businesses that work hard to earn their ratings honestly.

I hope both Dutch Brothers and Google address this issue promptly, as it damages trust and integrity. Customers deserve accurate and honest...
