DO NOT GIVE MASSAGE GREEN YOUR BANKING INFORMATION!
AWFUL service. This location billed me 3 MONTHS after canceling my contact. The manager was upset because I decided to discontinue service because a therapist was no longer with the chain. She asked me to complete paperwork and other actions NOT specified in the contract.
Christol (the manager of the Clinton Twp. location) refused to cancel my membership unless I physically came into the location to sign a cancellation form. BEWARE: That is NOT what the contract specifies as the procedure to cancel. When I refused (because I followed the policy in the contract) she became rude and irate. After several unpleasant email exchanges - she had NO choice but to cancel the contract as outlined.
I did what was contractually obligated for me to do. If I had not explained to them the legal ramifications of not releasing me from the contract- they would have made me do much more than what was necessary (they do this to make it difficult for you to cancel- so you just stay).
The WORST part is that when I reached out to their corporate office after I was billed 3 months later, I was asked to forward all the communication I had (6 emails). I was promised someone would reply within a few days, but after 2 weeks, I followed up. I received a very impersonal "we will look into this' email (no greeting, no closing, no apology), and it has been an additional 2 weeks with no reply.
This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT give Massage Green your banking information. They have fraudulently taken money from my account and NEVER replied with...
Read moreI needed to cancel my appointment due to illness and lack of funds, but when I called the Woodbridge, Virginia store, there was no answer. I called several times, and I know that they were open. After searching their horrible website for twenty minutes, I found an email address for the Woodbridge location, and emailed them saying that I needed to cancel my appointment that was scheduled for the next day.
I never got a response, and then a $79.99 charge showed up on my credit card statement. I sent another email regarding this, and again, no response. I am so angry about this $80 charge that I can't afford, especially because I was trying to cancel the appointment the day before, as specified in their cancellation policy.
The corporate website is even worse than the Woodbridge website, and the "contact us" form is unavailable. This is some of the worst customer service, or lack thereof, that I have ever encountered. I am going to do whatever it takes to get my $80 back. If my money is refunded, I may consider going back for the infrared sauna, but if I'm out that $80, I will never go to any Massage Green location again, and I will tell everyone I know that they should never go to any Massage...
Read moreI have been a client for over a year and I have encountered several issues with both the Kendall and the Pinecrest facilities of which, I have over looked. From not scheduling my appointments correctly to last minute changes or cancellations. Many excuses for the errors on their end. The latest one has been dealing with an issue for over a week now. They charged me for two services for not giving a 24 hour notice of cancellation of which I did. I spoke to a representative and gave her date and time of which I called the facility and she stated that nothing was written in their system therefore, they charged me for 2 services. I have been trying to get this issue solved and I have been contacting the Kendall facility every day for over a week now to speak to the manager and I have been avoided and keep getting the run around. This is unethical and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL of this facility. Customer service should be the number #1 PRIORITY in a spa facility. The purpose of a spa is to relax and unwind not get worked up, called a liar, or give the customer such a difficult time when there is proof. HIGHLY...
