Alright, listen up everyone. You know that feeling when you're starving and takeout seems like the only answer? Yeah, that was me. But let me tell you, Bob Evans just upped the takeout game thanks to this amazing server named CHAR.

Okay, so picture this: I order my usual – gotta have that sausage gravy and biscuit combo – and BAM! My food shows up faster than my friend who always says "five minutes" and takes thirty. Plus, everything was packed like a boss. No leaks, no spills, just pure breakfast (or lunch, dinner, you get it) goodness waiting to be devoured.

Speaking of that goodness, Char must have some kind of magic touch. My hash browns were like crispy little pillows of heaven, and the sausage links? Juicer than a gossip mag on drama day. Seriously, they were having their own little pool party in that container.

But here's the real MVP: Char herself. I had a question about my order (don't judge, sometimes the menu gets me!), and when I called, it was like sunshine on the phone. Super friendly, helpful, and with a laugh that could cure a bad case of the Mondays. You could totally tell she actually cared about me getting the best food experience ever.

Char, you're a straight-up Bob Evans legend! Seriously, where do they find servers this awesome? If you ever find yourself at Bob Evans, pray to the pancake gods (or app, whatever) that Char is your server. You won't regret it. Trust me, this wasn't just a meal, it was an epic food adventure.

Chose this location because it worked for a friends meet up. The restaurant was decently clean. Our waitress Niya was INCREDIBLE, the food however was not good. I requested a made to order omelet, simple enough ( I thought). The alleged 3 egg omelet was thin (like a crepe) and had no flavor (missing salt & pepper). I peeled back the egg and only ate the vegetables. The home fries were good (hard to mess those up). The cappuccino I ordered was waaaay to sweet. Our waitress (Niya) apologized and explained it was dispensed by a machine and she would notify the kitchen. 1 friend ordered a southwest omelet and the other friend ordered biscuits and gravy and pancakes. They had no complaints during their meal, however less than 40 minutes after leaving they "both" had urgent bathroom needs. My friend that ordered the southwest omelet was in the bathroom 3x's within an hour and a half of leaving. Fortunately, I didn't experience that reaction, but I felt as if I needed to throw-up. That feeling eventually passed hours later after 2 cups of hot ginger tea. I don't know when the food became so nasty, but I won't be going...

UPDATE: 9/2024 My son and I were at this location and our waitress, Lisa was amazing! We got a call that my daughter needed to be picked up and Lisa went above and beyond through helping us by getting a kit together so that we can take our food with us and having the check ready for us to checkout. I am back here today (less than a week later) and once again Lisa is spot on! I hope that Bob Evans knows what a gem they have in Lisa! Lisa, thank you for your helpfulness and kindness!

We were in this location last week and our waitress was AMAZING! She was ahead of everything and she was handling a ton of tables at once. The food was amazing too! There have been improvements over the years and yet they still have the items that they are known for.

Also, we were there in the morning and we were able to order anything we wanted! A huge plus because Mt husband doesn't care for breakfast food.
