Thoughts on My Visit: I really wanted to love this place — the location is great, the design and vibe are beautiful, and having a drive-thru in Dearborn is such a nice addition. You can tell there’s a lot of potential here. That said, the coffee just didn’t do it for me. It tasted pretty watered down, more like milk and water with just a hint of coffee. I’ve heard similar feedback from others too. The matcha, though, was actually really good — definitely the highlight of my visit. I also tried the bagel, and it was unfortunately very hard and quite small. For $8, I was hoping for something a bit more filling or flavorful. At that price point, I could’ve gotten a whole sandwich elsewhere and felt more satisfied. I think with some adjustments to quality and portion sizes — especially for the price — this spot could really stand out. Other local places like Mud & Marble, Al Qazaz, and Jabal might charge a bit more, but they deliver on size and quality. That’s something I hope this spot can grow into over time. I have been coming here for about a month and what I can say is I am confused by my experiences. The first 4-5 times it was absolutely amazing I was obsessed with this place and their lattes. As of yesterday and today the same latte I have been ordering for a long time have been below average. I do not understand the inconsistency considering how good the first times were. I am assuming the morning shift is grumpy and the evening shift loves their jobs because why in the morning is my latte all milk and at night it is the most perfect drink. Also, to mention why is an Americano 6 dollars? It is water and expresso it should not be more than 4 dollars. This is also being taken into account to the 3 stars. It is a good place but before you come consider the inconsistency in the quality. It is always nice to have a staff who all makes the drinks the same way. We were excited to try this new coffee shop in Dearborn. Let’s start with the atmosphere when you walk in. It looks modern and trendy black-and-white themed. It looks very cute. However, the bench is along the wall are higher than the table you sit at and higher than the guest you’re sitting across from. The Coffee presentation was very pretty, especially for the iced pistachio latte. However, they use pistachio cream on the outside of the cup, and the coffee itself does not taste like pistachio. If you stir the cream into the coffee, you get chunks of pistachio cream in your straw.we also got hot pistachio latte that didn’t taste like pistachio at all.
