I went to the Dearborn location hoping to find a dress for an upcoming family wedding in December. Although there were lots of beautiful dresses to choose from, I was looking for a specific color. The lady there tried to do her best to help. But the selections in that color was limited to only two dresses. They were both to small and would require alterations at an additional cost. So instead I saw another dress and was interested in it. However there was still a problem with sizes and I was given a dress to try on that I couldn't try on properly. The helper insisted I try it on anyway. As I tried to see how it would work on me, I didn't get it past my shoulders when the beads began popping off to my shock and horror. I reported the problem to the lady whom got upset with me and unfortunately accused me of causing an issue and deliberately damaging the dress. The beading was glued on and appeared to come off easily. I apologized but she demanded that I leave the store and not return. In my defense I didn't want to try on a smaller dress...
