I'm an uber driver and I stood here for almost 30 minutes with no service trying to get an order for a customer. Lady took orders around me and ignored me. Needless to say I understand why people order instead of going to pick up. The service is rude and store is too small to even stand with how many people show up here. It's a shame the service was so horrible because the food smelled great however i will not be coming in again for my own tastes. Only if I get another uber pick up will I be back. Edit for the owner: when I get a delivery I accept it just gives me directions to go to the resteraunt and pick up. Regardless of 10 minutes i stood in wait for 30 and when I arrived the lady at the counter asked for 5 minutes to prep the order. You called angrily and yelled at me on my personal cellphone after the entire order was already completed. I'm sorry you felt the need to take such actions and harass somebody who doesn't even work for your company. Without the service of uber eats you would lose part of your clientele. I was pulling together a gathering at the last minute and needed appetizers/ snacks for 15-20 people. Ordered delivery of a catering order of meat, spinach, and pizza pies at the very last minute from here-- just 30 minutes before the event. Food was on time, warm, and delicious! Wow, freshest bread in Dearborn! Got spinach and meat pies 10/10. I usually don’t opt for the spinach ones but these had a nice zing to them. The Manaeesh steals the prize though.
