K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Dearborn

We visited K & G in celebration of National Sons Day to get my son his first suit, and it was such a special experience. My son tied his very first tie, and the manager, Amy Cintron, made the day even better. She went above and beyond to help us, patiently walking us through options, applying as many discounts as possible, and making sure we took advantage of all current promotions. Her guidance, kindness, and helpful suggestions made the process smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend asking for Amy when you shop here!

But one thing that stood out to me was the condition of the carpet. Carpet is one of the dirtiest types of flooring you can have, and it showed. I’m not sure how long KNG has been around or when the carpet was last professionally cleaned, but it clearly needs attention.

After being there Saturday night, I left with irritation on both my ankles that has continued for days. This makes me concerned about hygiene and cleanliness in the facility.

My recommendation: the carpet should be pulled up, removed, and replaced with cleaner flooring. At the very least, it should be cleaned, disinfected, and fumigated. In today’s day and age, carpet not only harbors dust and pests but also gives the place a dated, tacky feel—more like something...

Brought my husband here for ther first time to find some blank dress pants and a hat. Upon entering the store the young black lady with the long beautiful black hair greeted us and told us exactly where the pants are. My husband HATES shopping so he loves how organized the store is. Unfortunately we couldn't find a hat but the trip was still worth it. My husband pointed out about 5 different pieces he will be back for. We live in Canton but this location has earned our business! The prices here are reasonable. The employees are very pleasant. I can appreciate how one employee properly and discreetly (I only heard because I'm nosey) corrected another when he began grooming himself while cashing out our order. The store is department store size (big). I LOVE how one salesman was wearing a suit. It gave the store another star for me⭐. It is refreshing to walk in an establishment and see well dressed employees and not be subjected to the horrible rap noise labeled "music". The atmosphere is welcoming. Well the only thing I didn't understand was there wasn't any help with finding what you were looking for. Customer service should be any business FIRST PRIORITY. EXAMPLE I was attempting to purchase a first born son a birthday gift. Also his Father a bday and Fathers day gift. Ok. It's around 4pm. If anyone had of assisted me and my son in which my uncle was also there too. This establishment could have made more than the almost 500. Dollars I did spend while there but we were there at least 2 in a half hours. I felt as if the employees didn't make commission so screw it. Find it yourself. Or not.
