I have been meaning to write this post since Wednesday. I got increasingly busy, but I added having to add a review to my schedule so that I would not miss the opportunity to praise this business and this Doctor. Let’s start from the beginning, you walk in and the ambience, the decor, the welcome all A plus plus plus. I was met by a beautiful woman named Ashley, who should probably do ads for this business because her skin is glowing. She was kind, inviting professional and checked me in as well as gave me information about what to expect and how the appointment would go. We sat for a a short time in the waiting area, this is the only place where I would have been happy to wait longer because their waiting area is so pristine and full of drinks and snacks lol. When we were taken to the exam room, I was surprised by how spacious and spa-like the room was while still maintaining a medical practical aesthetic. Dr. Bazzi came in and did my consult, which was very thorough and he has such wonderful bedside manner. He took his time to explain every aspect of the procedure and even went into detail about the science/physiological changes associated with the benefits and risks of the procedure. He is clearly a master at what he does, and every day that goes by post my procedure is testimony to that. When the procedure was over, he also took the time to answer every single one of my questions and I asked so many questions. He also answered my questions regarding other procedures that they offer in the clinic. Not once did I feel rushed as common at doctors offices , which made me think that they probably give each patient/client a good hour for every visit. I was not expecting to be this impressed with my visit from the second I walked in to the moment I left. I also emailed them regarding a question about my receipt a few days later, and I emailed them around 11 PM on a weekend and They responded to me 5 AM the next day, which is crazy fast and clearly they have some workaholics who manage their emails because that response time was above and beyond. I was referred by a friend to this office. I decided to schedule my appointment with Vanessa the PA. She was able to get me in very quickly and answered many of my questions online before meeting her. At the time of my appointment, I did not have to wait long. The office was very pretty, clean, and up to date. The front desk was also friendly. Once in the exam room, I met Vanessa and her assistant. They asked if pictures would be okay, which I allowed. The consultation was done privately. Vanessa gave great recommendations based on my face shape and took my medical history into consideration when choosing an appropriate product. She answered all of my questions before the procedure and explained the process to me including pre and post care. I enjoyed the help of her assistant too. Even the photographer was super kind and made me feel comfortable. I am very satisfied with my results and can't wait to return for a follow up. I have already started referring my friends to Vanessa.

Update Two years later, and I am still visiting this office. All of the professionals at this office are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Every time I’m there, I feel like I have known them for ages and it’s like catching up with an old friend. The moved their office to another suite in the building. It is vibrantly decorated. It is so cute and fun. I regret not taking pictures of it.

I made an appointment for a skin assessment with Amanda. I was looking to upgrade some skincare products for medical grade quality. Amanda gave me a thorough consultation and recommended products best suited to my skin concerns. She did not try to push anything extra on me. It wasn’t a forced sale which made me feel more comfortable talking to her. The office carries a wide range of products and I’m extremely happy with the ones I purchased.
