I am completely disappointed with this florist. I met with her on several occasions for hours about all the details for my wedding day. Everything was put in writing and she was paid in full prior to the event. However, she arrived at the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. She had to be called by the wedding coordinator to ask about her whereabouts (she had me scheduled for the wrong date). When she arrived she lied to me about why she was late. After all of that not one single item was the way it was described in the contract. All the flowers looked like they were thrown together last minute. Everything down to the boutineers for the groomsmen. A lot of money was spent on things that were NOT provided via my contract. Completely unsatisfied!

Phyllis, The fact that it took you over two years to respond to my review is telling of the level of customer service that was provided to me on my wedding day. I too have pictures from my wedding and the original contract detailed with the types of flowers and table decorations we discussed. Anyone that sees the pictures might think that things were great, but I know what was discussed and what was paid for and things were not as they should have been. The end product down to bridesmaids bouquets and groomsmen boutonnières did not match the detailed description. Not to mention the fact that you had the correct date written down on the contract but told my wedding coordinator that you had me scheduled for a different date and showed up 1 hour before the ceremony. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and perfect thanks to Callarae’s Floral Events!! And not only my bouquet but everything else Phyllis did for us. We got all our floral decorations from her, as well as our centerpieces and décor. When I saw the flowers and decorations on my wedding day I was blown away. I was extremely happy with everything. Working with Phyllis was such a wonderful experience. She was very easy to communicate ideas with and brainstorm. She met with me on several occasions to go back and forth to make sure we came up with the perfect fitting flowers and decorations. She also worked with us very much to stay within our budget. She knows her flowers very well and was able to make my vision a reality. Her attention to detail is keen and she is extremely passionate about her work. One of the biggest and most personal things Phyllis did for me as a bride was to find me personal, unique, and beautiful brooches to incorporate into my bouquet. And not only did she make it pop with this bling, like I had expressed to her, but she did that with the most beautiful and delicate of flowers. I just want to tell everyone that I am ssoooo IMPRESSED with this florist in Debary. Mrs Phyllis does the most beautiful arrangments.. This is the second time I have gone to her for a coursage.. Let me not forget to mention she is sooo personable and you feel like you have been friends with her for years with the personality she has. These are NOT preordered cheap elastic band corsages ready for a flower to be added that are tacky, huge, and gaudy looking.

She makes her corsages to match the outsfits designs color and style. She also uses beautiful bracelets instead of bands to put the flowers on so they can have a keepsake long after the flowers die. She has such a vision when putting her pieces together and you can clearly see she LOVES what she does...
