Went to one of their open nights and it was fantastic. The planetarium is really cool, although the planetarium show was a little bit lackluster. The staff was friendly and patient. You can definitely tell they like what they do. The atmosphere feels more like a school (because it is) but I didn't...

Staff are great yes. Perhaps visiting an over 1 million dollar observatory to watch planets as I do with a good telescope at home is littler discourage. Venus looks like any other star, not Saturn signature rings, barely Jupiter...
