This was the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a while. The first problem and where everything started was when I walked upstairs to the bar and sat down to just see a menu and check the place out since it was my first time there. A server approached me and asked how many people am I expecting and since I only had my husband who was downstairs at the time. He said I couldn't sit at that table since its reserved for a larger quantity of people. Ok fine, I understand that but the way he spoke so fast and cut and dry is what already made me feel bad and embarrassed. I mean I know you're working at a place where you gotta be quick but he was just so impatient and asking if we knew what we wanted when we sat at the bar. I was just borrowing my husband's phone to look at the menu since I didn't want to download it. We place our order and he just looks to be or came off as annoyed to me. Cut dry manner of speaking and rude. So my husband just had us get set up downstairs to eat. We grabbed our drinks and then when we get our food it's cold. When I received mine I knew from just picking it up it was not warm or hot. My husband didn't care and was just hungry and I was too but that was just too cold for me not to care. And when I tasted his burger it was lightly warm cold but he said he didn't mind. The server downstairs was actually nice and had good customer service skills unlike the guy at the bar. But I get my food remade and they all apologized but it didn't taste the same. Ordered online on 8/6. Arrived at the location and waited until the "ready time" to go inside. Once I got inside, the young lady behind the bar asked me what my name was and looked a little bit confused when I said it. She said, "Oh yes, it will be ready soon" I asked her if she knew how long and she said about 5 minutes. There were a lot of people waiting outside, so I chose to give them some additional time and go wait in my car. I gave them about 10 to 15 additional minutes. When I come back and give the lady at the door my name, she said that I needed to wait to speak to a manager. I watched as 3 other people went inside to place their orders, before I even got to speak to the manager. Upon speaking to the manager I find out that they did not have my order at all because there was a glitch in the online system. Even though I had a long day at work, I chose to bite my tongue and just wait it out. Mistakes happen and they did look really busy. The manager apologized and took my order by looking at my confirmation email. Once I got my food and arrived home, my son could not even eat his burger because it was all red in the inside, even though it was supposed to be well done. I called and spoke to the manager Sarah and she informed me that I would be refunded fully for my troubles. I assured her that I wan't just looking for a refund, I could send her pictures if she would like. She assured me that it was not a problem and I would receive a refund and asked me for the last 4 digits of my card. 10 days later, I still have not received my refund and assume...
