Went there for the first time a couple of weekends ago on March 29th and I have to say that is the best service I have EVER received for an oil change. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, communicated very well, all smiles from all 3 of the men that were there (only 2 were working on my vehicle). They offered water when I arrived and then offered my 4 kids (who are all older) fruit snacks and these koolaide capri-sun things. Which was a first. No other place has offered anything like that. I learned there was a filter I didn't know existed besides the one under the hood.... went ahead and had them change those. They found extra coupon discounts for me besides the one I had already brought. Since then, my car is running well, and the air coming through the vents is better and there's less dust inside. I usually take my car to my dealership to have my oil changed and have never left feeling like they appreciated my business or listened or communicated very well at all. These guys at this take5 at the Mtzion/Decatur il line location have won me over. One of them even went as far as to give a great recommendation for someone in my own town (that I'm new to) to do other needed work on my car, which I truly appreciate and have found to be as good as they said. I feel my service team deserves a huge shout out Anthony B and Colton W did a fantastic job they were the only two gentlemen on duty on a raining nasty morning and these guys didn't miss a beat they were very professional very helpful I'm 60 years old and it didn't matter what question I asked Anthony and Colton were ready to answer it they didn't try to make me feel stupid because of being a female and asking these questions they simply answered and made sure that my visit experience was very pleasant I had went to another and was going to purchase wipers and Anthony quickly said hey we have wiper blades here we can hook you up we can get it all done for you right while you're here very professional team of gentlemen but very personal team of gentleman also so to Anthony and Colton I just want to say thank you again you truly made a nasty morning into a pleasant experience and as usual I'll be back to take five oil change number 1484 at 2012 Mount Zion road in Decatur Illinois for my next oil change thank you guys you were awesome God bless you and always...
