Taco Bell — Restaurant in Decatur

First of all, this review is about the food. The workers are always decent and courteous, but the food is pretty nasty. I am 50, I have been eating Taco Bell over the course of the years and MISS the way it used to be BEFORE YUM! Brands took it over and destroyed the food. On Wednesday evening I wet through the drive thru and got 2 Bean Burritos and a Soft Taco Supreme. The STS was a child sized two bite thing and the price is too high for the lousy size. The Bean Burritos were blah because the beans don't taste like real beans anymore. It tastes like "slop". That is why I always put extra cheese and sour cream on the things to over ride that nasty taste of Lab Made Beans. Now, I have a GroundHog who lives in my backyard and he is well fed. He comes out to eat when I call him by Mr. GroundHog. He likes everything from cookies, bread, bagels, fruits, sandwiches and many other food items. Well, I had one burrito left over and decided to take it out of the fridge and put it in the microwave to heat it up for him. Once it was cooled down, I placed it at his door and called: Mr GroundHog, Time to Eat! Within 5 mins he popped his head out and picked up the burrito with both front feet and proceeded to consume it. Within 45 sec of nibbling, he tossed it on the ground and ran over to where a few pieces of bread were and proceeded to eat those. That was at 2:45 in the afternoon. It is now 11:33 PM and that thing called a burrito is still laying in the grass, untouched since he picked at it. I will NEVER eat at Taco Bell again. This location never, ever gets my order correct. I ask for and want 4 crunchy taco supremes with no darned lettuce.. Can I get it ? Never..Either I get a lettuce taco with alittle tiny bit of beef or a taco with everything & super extra tomatoes? My husband and I even make side bets to see what I will end up with. It's not funny anymore. When I'm in the drive-thru I say it 3x No lettuce pls, make sure there is no lettuce. (Yes, ok ma'am 🙄) I've said it again & again.The next time I go back and say that they messed up my order last time, they could care less. I tried to call each time and say something right when I got home but no one answers.. I give up. I only go to the Taco Bell in Forsyth, IL now (which is on the complete other side of town) They get it right evey time. All this because of lettuce (that I get charged extra for even though the drive up menu screen literally says ➖ lettuce) ...

Supper was not set out so taco bell was our choice. 0 stars if I could. I had 2 people in front of me inside, drive in was full. I checked the car I would have been behind...2 inside got orders left 3 more walked in after me, I seen the car I would have been behind,,,I was still waiting on my order, the 3 after me got their order left, I was asked 1 time have you been waited on I said yes, more people came in ordered left, drive through running great, 2nd time in sorry we are out of burger we're making it your order will be up, more came in left, manger came up ask if I had been waited on😒 I said yes 45 min ago. I ask for my money back I was leaving.. she gives me money back for my pop. I said no I want my money back.
