Walgreens — Local services in Decatur

I think this store is only good to use if you’re just quickly running in and out but I’ve had two bad experiences here trying to pick up money through western union. Only because of their employee named Ulia. Every time I go to pick up money through western union, for someone thinks im sending money when I’m clearly saying I’m picking up. She asked me several times if I used the kiosk to put my information which, I know to do since I use western union frequently and yet she says my information is wrong. This time she calls for the manager and he explains to her I am picking up so a different registered has to be used. All the while they’re trying to find my transaction they apologize and say their system is down so now I have to call western union to cancel my transaction. Fair enough. Maybe this store needs better structure I don’t know but all ulia was worried about when I first came in was flirting with the younger mail co worker instead of assisting me at the photo counter for 10 mins, or better yet she would’ve noticed I was using the kiosk instead of asking me three times if I used it...

So, it's Saturday and the hours on here say 8 am open. I'm in there at 8:30 and the sign says 9. I'm on my way out and one of two staffers talking to each other says to me the pharmacy isn't open until ten. I said well, the internet says 8 and he says no it says 10. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and he says yes. Told me I needed to look again. I told him Google Maps says 8 and only 8. He tells me a lot of people are making that mistake. I told him maybe he ought to be finding out why and left. I figure he was trying to have a little fun with the confused Senior Citizen.20 years with CVS no problem. I will never use this store again. The pharmacy refused to fill a prescription over a week ago. So I got a phone call saying that they would order it and have it for Saturday. So I called to check and they said t was ready for pickup. I get there and was told it wasn’t ready and would take 25 minutes to fill. I sat and waited and then was told they didn’t have the medication in stock and would have to order it and couldn’t get it till the following week.
