Western Sirloin Steak House — Local services in Decherd

We don't live local so we thought we would try this place. We got fried pickles, which were great, I got an 8oz steak medium baked potato, and 1 trip to the salad bar, my husband got the Salmon sweet potato fries and 1 trip to the salad bar, 1 daughter got a small cheese pizza, the other smash burger loaded baked potato and 1 trip to the salad bar. My husband's salmon was raw in the middle and my steak was over cooked. We sent them back and still paid $74. Even though neither of us ate anything but a small salad and some fried pickles. They didn't offer us anything to accompany their mistake on our food. They also up charges us $4 for my daughter's loaded baked potato, which consisted of burnt cheese butter and Sourcream!!! I mean really??? The waitress was great and she took my steak off and the husband's salmon and the ticket was still $74. We didn't even anything but fried pickles and a salad. We left the waitress a great tip but we will not be back as they do not understand the concept of customer service. The manager finally came over after I argued about the check being $85 and lowered our salads $6 a piece. But we paid $74 plus $22 tip almost $100 and all we ate was a salad and some...

A very good friend and I ate at this establishment last night during a meeting we were attending. I ordered a 16 oz sirloin with a baked potato, and my buddy ordered a cheeseburger with fries. After we had both finished our meals we received our bills and were both absolutely astounded at what we both saw on my buddy's check! His check actually came out to about the same as mine did which was $18 and some odd cents. After we both caught our breath from the shock of how expensive his bill was, he asked our waitress if his bill had been correctly calculated. She then informed him that it was indeed correctly calculated and that was the actual price of his burger and fries. Because we both disbelieved her, we called for a manager and confronted him with this outrageous information and he, too, confirmed that my buddy's bill came out to a grand total of around $18.00. This is absolutely outrageous! Since when does a regular cheeseburger and french-fries with a glass of sweet tea come out to a total of around $18 and some few cents?! A meal that should have cost no more than about $12.00. We will never again be returning to this overrated and grossly...

Let me share a little bit about this place it's awesome everything was cooked exactly perfect. My mother had the catfish cooked perfect and the fried mushrooms are the bomb . I had the eight ounce ribeye which was cooked perfect and the loaded baked potato with extra condiments & a side salad .Our server Samantha was very attentive & there for every single need and kept going back to get the things that we kept thinking of like more napkins , condiments and and returned to check on us a lot and kept the drink refills coming on time . My mother loved the Margaritas they were fixed to her perfection.
