If your looking for nice natural stone, Stone Mall should definitely be one of your top place to visit. I didn’t even know about it until my installer told me to go there.

Firstly, the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted warmly by the receptionist. I was then taken by Riellin to see the slabs. Their warehouse is really nice! It’s clean and roomy which makes for a nice and comfortable search when looking at the slabs.

Riellin is super! She had already selected and put aside slabs based on the description of what I wanted. She is really a pro and very good at helping a customer through the process of selection. She answered all my questions and made necessary suggestions when needed. She seems to have been able to sense what questions I would ask and to know what needed to be brought to my attention about the slabs.

After selecting my slabs, I was offered a variety of coffees and a nice delectables.

I normally do not write reviews but the customer service I experienced I felt I had to. I’ve been to a handful of granite places besides the Building, the lobby and the people working there… I really expected I was going to go somewhere else. I assume the prices were going to be through the roof because how nice everything was. The person that walked me through the many many choices of granite was named Frederick.. He was so knowledgeable. There were so many choices that I feel like we walked around for about a mile going through all their inventory back-and-forth trying to decide. But Frederick had no issues at all. I did not feel rushed, and then at the end he was able to find something in my price range that has gotten me so many compliments on my kitchen. I visited over 20 stone distributors, fabricators and quarries internationally. I had the pleasure of meeting "doctors of marble" in Italy and more. Stone Mall is by far the finest collection of stone you will find in the USA. The warehouse is massive, extremely well lit (crucial to seeing the true colors of the stone), clean, organized and perfectly managed with very knowledgeable people. Ownership is humble and sincere. They only sell stone examined in the original place of production and complete additional quality reviews when arriving here. Pricing is competitive and appreciated.
