Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

Well where would you like me to start the drive-thru what a nightmare you have cars coming from different directions trying to get in the Drive-Thru and there's a fight about it every time. And then when you go to order there are paper signs taped to the drive-thru menu saying the soda machine is down only have iced tea or only dark meat available and after you order you have to go and wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes if you're lucky to get your order after you have to drive back through the drive-thru to remind them about your order. Then if you go inside No One seems to want to run the cash register it's all pick up orders from mobile app Uber Eats or Delivery Dudes for GrubHub whatever they use. And I don't know who the rude girl is at the front counter is but when she decides to show up to the register like she don't want to be there she says what do you want. Like wow really what do you think I want perhaps my order to be taken or maybe say how can I help you maybe that would be too hard. Well either way very disappointed with the service after I ordered I asked for some hot sauce and honey for my biscuit and they had neither of that either. And it happens to be multiple times I would say four times of me going there in a row. Pull together Popeyes hire people that enjoy to work or...

I’m a huge fan of Popeyes. However, I was not impressed with this location. Every time I got they are out of something or I end up seeing the same rude lady. Now don’t get me wrong I often go towards the end of the day so idk how the staff is during the afternoon. I understand not having spicy Tenders because those go by fast. However, I went about an hour and 30 before closing and they had no spicy tenders, no fries, and no Mac and cheese. When asked if they where making more fries they lady so no they where cleaning up. I mean if it was 30 minutes before close I get it but it was almost 2 hours.

Not only that but they have gotten my order wrong 2 times in a row and I have only gone to this location 3 times. First time I went I got food to go. By the time I got home I noticed they had forgotten my biscuit and gave me mash potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. Second time I went they gave me the wrong kind of chicken. Which I mean isn’t a huge deal because the food is good but seriously it’s like going to Starbucks and asking for a coffee and they give you Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. It’s still coffee and it’s okay coffee but it’s not what...

There were 13 cars in drive thru and 11 ppl waiting on orders inside the restaurant. No one was moving but orders were being taken. I did my order thru the Popeyes app and was just waiting longer than the expected time. It took the patrons to get rowdy for the manager to finally tell everyone that the fryer was down/not working. I was there for 45 mins waiting on my order only to be given the incorrect order (5 chicken tenders red beans n rice) and to be fussed at by one of the workers there because she couldn’t find the RIGHT ticket. I guess she couldn’t read well because I kept showing her my phone that said “5 pc signature chicken/Mac n cheese”. She over talked everyone in there. The male manager kept looking up but NEVER once came to deescalate the issue. The customer service here sucks so bad. During this climate we are in there shouldn’t be such a headache to get food that’s paying their salary. So many WRONG orders were given this day. So much confusion along with it.
