Miami Grill — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

What a tasty addition to the Deerfield restaurant landscape. We popped in yesterday for a quick bite. I shouldn't say popped in though as it was a walk up. When we arrived we decided to go inside instead of the drive thru to get the fuller experience. When we rounded the corner of the building though I realized this location doesn't have a inside, but a walk up. There was 2 order windows for walkups, or the drive through. A gal was at the window right away to take our order. We checked in and I got my order in. After a quick chat with the person there and getting our food w took it home. I got the Gyro platter, and a shake, which counted as my dessert. The platter was solid. They buried the pita bread under the meat which was odd, but I dug them out and put together mini sandwiches. tasty. The milkshake was plenty good. the straw was too small, as the cookies and cream kept getting stuck up. But I made do. The fries were darn good too, not ones that taste great once cold though. I’ve been seeing this restaurant all over Miami in different areas so I figured we would give it a try. Back home we probably wouldn’t have anything like this. My dad and I came here and the staff was friendly and responsive.

The prices were reasonable and the food was hot and fresh when it was delivered. I tried their sweet tea and as someone from Georgia where iced tea is a big deal I was hesitant but pleasantly surprised.

I got the Philly cheesesteak and it was good and big. The fries reminded me of Arby’s curly fries. I would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

I stopped by the Miami Grill drive-thru today, and I just had to share what a great experience it was! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving.

But what really made my visit stand out was the excellent customer service I received from Larry at the drive-thru window. Larry was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude — you could tell he genuinely cares about making every customer’s day a little brighter. He greeted me with a big smile, confirmed my order carefully, and even wished me a great day as I left.
