I came in theyâre ready to purchase quite a bit of flowers for my mothers funeral. The lady came out with a solemn face in a very monotone voice asked â Can I help you?â I showed her a picture on my tablet of a heart arrangement. picture what I wanted and she took a photo with her phone and said âjust a minute.â When she came back with the price, we stood the counter looking at flowers, I did not like the vibes that she put off, I felt as if I was imposing on her. Not once did she even partially smile. I chose three items and I had given her all of my information and my body had this feeling of reject like get away. I went to pennies and Ireneâs and the first thing I heard before I ever saw someone through the flowers was âHello and then as she came around the flowers, she asked with a warm smiling expression. âCan I help you and I had a huge smile.â I felt very welcomed. We spent over $1400 on flowers that day and they did an exceptional job. The casket spray I got for $375 wouldâve cost me $500 at PJs. I will never go back. I rarely leave reviews but I was so uncomfortable, It made my hands shake, she looked mad or irritated with me, that I just said excuse me I donât feel well, I need a minute. I whispered ti my daughter on my way out, to pay for the trinkets she picked out, that I donât want to be here and Iâll meet you in the car. I know people have bad days, but feel you should not let that show to your customers. Itâs not that hard ti smile at your customer when greeting and serving them. They lost a big sale that day. I took one star for prices, one star for icy greeting and icy attitude during our interaction while trying to make...
Read moreI want to begin by acknowledging that my husband placed an order during one of the busiest times of the year, and I understand that challenges can arise. I am not writing this to bash your business but rather to bring awareness to concerns regarding your process and customer service.
My husband placed an order and paid extra for delivery at a specific time and date. He was assured by a staff member, Sarah (if I recall correctly), that this request would be honored. However, when he called to check the status of the deliveryâwell past the scheduled timeâhe was informed that one of the pieces had been left at the office and that no specific delivery time had been noted. This directly contradicted what he was initially told. To avoid further complications, he decided to pick up the order himself.
Upon pickup, he requested a refund for the delivery fee, as the agreed-upon service was not provided. Unfortunately, this request was denied. While I understand that policies may be in place, offering a refundâor even a simple apologyâwould have been a reasonable and appreciated customer service gesture.
To be clear, the staff was not rude, but there was no effort to resolve the situation despite the miscommunication. While my husband did not have the agreement in writing, he trusted your team to honor their word.
I truly loved my flowers, chocolate and stuff animal and appreciate the quality of your product. However, based on this experience, we will not be using your services in the future. I hope this feedback is helpful and consider when dealing with similar situation like this in the...
Read moreWhen I left this store I felt empty and robbed a bit, I ain't gonna lie. Imma start by saying that I coulda gotten 48 roses for that amount at Walmart, but that's neither here nor there. Where I was let down is in 2 areas. First, what's this 3% convenience fee....why? Nobody mentioned this. Was this the lady's tip? Was this for the ribbon and paper used? That's messed up. Anywho. Let's move on. My arrangement was indeed beautiful but it wasn't worth $45, let's be real. When I was asked what my budget was, and after I saw anything worth a dime was about $40-$50, I figured I'd give homegirl that range to play around in. The oddest part about it all is, after I got my arrangement I honestly coulda just bought an already made one because presentation wise, it blew mine out of the water. I really don't feel like I got my money's worth. Everybody who I told the price to had all the same reaction "God dannnnng! :O" Nobody said it was worth it. Idk, I would recommend restructuring your pricing system and look into mass selling flowers instead of doing $5 per Baby's Breath.
About the only thing I saw advantageous about your store is that I could buy the flowers individually so I could buy like 3 flowers from you that I can't find willy nilly and then go to Walmart to buy the rest...
