The farmers market is indeed small, but it has wonderful fresh organic produce and the sellers are kind and helpful. The donut vendor is outstanding, and there is a gentleman that sells micro greens and premade salads. If you like veggies, the salads are high on my list to recommend! It’s not a “spend the afternoon” thing, but a great place to get locally grown, fresh organic produce! I learned how to cook squash blossoms, thanks to this market! (SO Good!)

Several years ago the Del Mar Farmers Market was much bigger than it is now and I miss that. But it is pretty decent most of the time, not a large selection of stuff but the stuff they have is pretty adequate. With the new Civic Center they have great parking in a parking garage. Before that used to be all street parking but they also had more room for the farmers market before they built the Civic Center. Overall it's a nice and pleasant place to be are the ocean where you can buy organic produce. My personal opinion is that the best Farmers Market is the one in...

I can not believe we drove 20+ minutes for what was the saddest "Farmers Market" we've been to in the area. There were only a few sellers (at least one was a reseller) and a couple of food stalls. We walked through in less than a minute. Parking is crazy. Glad we found free parking because I would have been ticked if we'd paid for it. Not disability/handicap friendly as you have to go down/up a steep hill and the entrance is very small, I could barely get my...

OMG! I had not been to the farmer's market since it moved. Fantastic vendors! Chef Cristofe has premade vac-sealed French dishes that serve 2-4 for $20-25, and pate! The seafood vendor is legit! Definitely grab scallops! Pita and hummus, baba ganoush, and tzatziki were all fresh and tasty. Kids also devoured the fresh fruit. Live Brazilian guitarist was soothing as we munched or snacks and sandwiches in the tabled area. Eggs, vegetables, and cheeses...
