First off, walking into this place for the first time is a wonderful experience. From the immediate smiles and above average customer service, to the beautiful display of more brownies and you could possibly choose from, to the incredible smells wafting from behind the counter, it's like walking into a fairy tale.

I actually decided to try this spot twice before I gave my review, just to make sure my rating was accurate.... And I'm ready! So here we go! Firstly, It is worth noting that between the two visits, I have now tried a total of 10 different brownie flavors! (My coworker and I cut them into fourths and taste tested/reviewed each one).

Let's talk about the most important part: the brownie base. When I say that this is the richest, most perfect brownie base ever, I really mean that. It's rich, it's moist, it's chewy, it melts in your mouth. As far as actual brownie goes, this place hits it out of the park.

Now the toppings! They are the master of creams. Oreo cream, peanut butter cream, basic buttercream... The creams are light, fluffy, and melt away. By far some of the best creams I've ever tasted, and they turn each brownie experience into something unique. Add-on a few more toppings from candies to ganache to drizzles to even thin layers of cheesecake and you come up with the most delicious assortment of 50 brownie flavors you could imagine.

Yes. Yes I did say 50 flavors.

So now that you know that I vouch for the brownies, let me tell you a little bit more about this place. Everything is made fresh every single day, you will never get a brownie that was made the day before. They sport at least 50 flavors every single day, from their everyday staples to the different flavors of the day. And every single day of the week that they are open, they have some type of special. For example, Tuesdays they have half-priced brownie-stuffed cookies.... And these cookies are the best chocolate cookies I've had in my life. I'm serious. They are better than any chocolate chunk cookie in existence, even Grandma's fresh out of the oven. They're that good. And for $2?!

Also, if you buy one of their packs of either 4-6-12, You have about a week to bring that empty box back, and they will refill it for half price! Yes!!

And if the daily deals and the refillable box aren't enough, they even have a rewards program still where you get points on every dollar, and can eventually exchange the points for free brownies.

With all of that mentioned, I still haven't gotten to the best part of this place. The customer service. The employees here welcome you in with a smile on their face, are knowledgeable, help direct you to the right flavors depending on your taste buds, and really help you decide in a place where limiting your decision to for brownies seems impossible! They really make you feel at home, and make you want to come back.

This place is incredibly amazing. So much better than a very popular cookie place that is taking the nation by storm that I don't think I can legally name-drop in this review, haha. That place is completely overrated compared to this. I cannot stress enough and just how incredibly rich and mind-numbing this brownie base is, and then You just pick the topping flavors dependent on your personal preferences and taste buds! Please, if you're a sweet person give this place a try...

Okay, so I'd like to start by saying that they're getting two stars(rather than 1), simply because the worker was Super enthusiastic and had a great personality :)! However... I have a few critiques on the business itself.

Firstly.. They have a sign that says -1 for $4 -4 for $16 -6 for $24 This sign would be awesome if it was a promo, like bulk discount, however it's just basic math. It's kind of asinine.

Secondly, the brownies themselves taste and smell like little debby brownies. Kind of like a chemically, boxed-brownie taste (almost stale). We did get 4 different ones, so we definitely gave them a fair-shot, incase one variety tasted off. Nothing exceptional, nothing worth $4 a brownie.

I walked in out of curiosity and was amazed at the selection. Staff was friendly. I am not much for chocolate but wanted something sweet and saw the Fruity Pebbles cupcake. I was excited to see the size of it, though $4.5 seems a bit high but was hoping for great flavor. I will say i just thought it was average. the frosting was really good, but the base was plain and crumbly. I took about 2 bites and the base practically fell apart that i ended up eating it with a fork. Honestly i was hoping the base had some of the frosting as a filling in the middle because the base is so tall that biting with the frosting on top, you can only get so much of the cupcake. Hopefully the other flavors are better but this was...
