Five Below — Local services in DeLand

Arianna & Kim the store manager are just awful! They should absolutely not work with people. I rate them negative in costumer service! They are rude, rolling their eyes at simple questions from customers and not treating customers right! Several people left the store feeling upset by the actions and yelling of these two - while on the job getting paid! Unbelievable. I guess it really is hard finding competent help these days. Like it’s such a hard job just to be nice and pleasant to paying people! These two humans have lot future revenue for this company and business from several costumers!! When I first entered this store, it was like a ghost town. There was no one up front by the registers. And when I did see an associate, she behaved as if she didn't want to help anyone. So I just proceeded to look around without asking for help. After not finding anything my clients would find interesting. I did see an item that I needed to ask a question about. This rejected style cheerleader of an associate approached me and behaved bothered and bored. And she disgusted me so much that all I could think of was. Wow you have it so easy compared so many. I really enjoy five below and some of the stuff they have especially for party favors and Etc but I don't enjoy as they no longer have cashiers it's all self checkout didn't enjoy that part at all. You have to go find someone if you ring something twice or have you change your mind about something or you don't like the price on something you have to go find an associate which is usually somewhere stalking and pull them away from their job to come up front and show you and remove it or refund it or whatever they have to do it's just ridiculous they should have an option of both self checkout...
