Subway — Restaurant in DeLand

The subs were drenched in mayonnaise. They were toasted and we’re not supposed to be they had not meat on them maybe 4 slices if I was lucky. The one sub didn’t have the toppings that were stated when ordered They were gross all bread Threw them all out a waste of 32$. When I called to complain the clerk jack was very unconcerned about my order didn’t say bring them back will replace them nothing When asked to speak to the manager he said she wasn’t there so asked for her name and if she would be in tomorrow to speak to her his response was I don’t know her name is jessica. And he could take my number and she would call me when she could. Then I asked for a corporate number he says it should be on the receipt no number on the pick up receipt so I asked him for it he says I don’t have the corporate number. This is in Deland fl on south woodland Ave. very horrible service. But when I order on line to pick up on north woodland in Deland I never have an issue. Every time I go their I think it’s gonna get better or be a different person but it never is 🤦🏽‍♀️ I went in their during the evening time this Saturday on November 8 and the girl in their is always rude I always have kindness back because that’s the kind of person I am but she is rude and huffs and puffs when ever I order a sub when keep in mind my sub only has lettuce on it she was rude this time that I completely forgot to grab my chips because I was in such a rush to get out of their . Not only all of that but the bread is ALWAYS DRY i used to work at a sub place and I know that ur supposed to make fresh bread every 2 hours and it doesn’t seem like she does because when the other girl is their the bread taste fine . This is the worst subway ever they need to hire people that have better customer service and know how to keep things clean and food fresh she didn’t have the lids or anything restocked either . I will now be taking my business to the other...

Awful. I ordered two simple Veggie subs. nothing difficult at all. I was asked what bread i wanted, it was cut, and then the employee walked away, she didn't ask me if i wanted it toasted. then the next employee (after having to request my bread to be toasted), asked what toppings i wanted. I had no meat or cheese on my bread and she starts putting the veggies on. when she was finished she was able to close the sub flat, as if nothing was on the bread. So i said "with all due respect I'm ordering a veggie sub, you think you can actually put more veggies on there?" she scoffed at me. and put a pitiful amount of spinach on it. for $16 bucks i could have made a denser veggie sub or gone to publix and been treated better. both girls behind the counter today were very nonchalant about helping people. again, awful service, awful execution, pitiful product. i do not recommend...
