Both cups of coffee i got for my husband this morning were cold 🥶 My coffee was suppose to be a blondie and tasted disgusting 🫣 All I could taste was milk no blondie flavor 🙃 Got egg nog a few days ago for my husband he said it was gross barely no egg nog flavor. I've been coming here since opening and love this place and the employees are fabulous 👌 But something has happened in the last few months things seem chaotic and no one knows what they are suppose to be doing 😳
Update 1/10/25 Today Naomi did a fantastic job to get my drink right. She is a great employee love all the 7 brew & the crew. Much better today thank you so much 🙏😊
Update : 1/23/25 A few of your employees now have terrible attitudes after my review. Leigh Is mad and what your employees need to understand I'm a customer. Yes I talk to them... listen to them and love them. But at the end of the day they need to keep their attitudes and problems at home 🏡 I'm guessing their mission now is for me not to be a customer and thats okay too because I don't put up with attitude to purchase a coffee. 4/5/25 This is the second time got my order wrong and give me a shitty attitude because I wanted what I paid for ! You don't know how many times I left there and I haven't said anything. But if you get my order wrong Kevin I want what I paid for Deland fl ! Change your attitude im going h to get what i paid for and NOT FEEL BAD !!!!! When Kevin made my order wrong last time he gave me attitude aside toldhimit was wrong. Im sorry your upset but fix it please. Goes to shift supervisor well she got pay for it you know I said I'd pay for it I've never expected anything free just my order correct ! Have a blessed day 🙏
4/14/25 Several of your employees need attitude adjustments due to your little shift supervisor running her mouth telling your employees not to wait on me lying about what happened and making me wait to aggravate me. Several giving me dirty looks thank them as they are about to take part of your paycheck being immature over them not getting the order right. This place needs attitude over haul if you got the order wrong it's your job to just fix with a smile !!!!!! and stop the attitude. I'm going to post a review everytime they think they are above me and rude to me ! They need Jesus & church to learn how to be good humans to people 🙏
4/26/25 Once again my husband just left there got home is hot coffee ICE COLD !!!!!! He won't say anything as he knows what's happened to me at this stand. But I will you can absolutely tell when crabbing the cup it was ice cold ! And guess who shift lead is same one you allowed to treat your customers at their worst ! So there you go And everytime this stand screws us over im writing a review as the stand is not the same they think it's okay to make people feel bad for wanting what they paid for and ask for ! My professional partner, who is actively serving in law enforcement, has faced undue challenges in availing of this discount. Despite being in full uniform, she was subjected to uncomfortable and unnecessary questioning by some staff members regarding her on-duty status. This not only questioned her integrity but also created an unwelcoming atmosphere during our visits.
Efforts to seek clarity on the discount policy, especially for those in plain clothes or non-class A uniform, have been met with inconsistent enforcement and explanations. Despite assurances that a badge presentation suffices for the discount, this has not been our experience, leading to confusion and inconsistency.
While the quality of Seven Brew's offerings and the general ambiance are commendable, the inconsistent application of the first responder discount policy and the treatment experienced by my professional partner highlight areas for improvement. As soon as I do that, he then decides to go walk down his row and wait on the car next to me and I rolled down my window and I wasn’t even rude about it.
