Oh, my goodness....Where to start? I had an anniversary party that we decided to turn into a "surprise" wedding at The Gem, and I never would have been able to pull it off without Miss Carmen's help. She is a blessing! She's very patient, flexible, knowledgeable, creative, and talented. I loved working with her. She communicates very effectively-which is great when planning an event! She even took some time to pray with me when I had "bridezilla" moments,. That's priceless in my eyes. She exceeded my expectations in every way.

The room was gorgeous! The centerpieces were perfect. The staff was wonderful and professional and they went above and beyond to see our guests had a great time. And the FOOD! Oh, the food was absolutely delicious!

We looked at other venues, but I was sold on Carmen and her Gem at our first meeting. I highly recommend working with Carmen and holding your special event at The Hidden Gem...

The Hidden Gem is truly that!!! A Hidden Gem!!! We held a surprise 60th birthday party for our Mother there and we all had a ball!!! The decorations were amazing, the food was amazing and the staff were OUTSTANDING!!! Carmen was so helpful from start to finish. I live in Florida and was unable to physically go to the venue prior to the event, however she was always available to answer my questions and offer suggestions when I was unsure. After going through the many choices available we were able to build our event package and get all that we asked for at a reasonable price!!! We had a wonderful experience with the Hidden Gem! Carmen and the team communicated clearly throughout the planning process and took care of so much of the planning, which made things easy for us. We were initially concerned about not being able to bring in outside caterers, but after the tasting we were very happy — the food was delicious, and the steak was cooked perfectly. There were plenty of decor options to choose from, and the staff on the day of the event were friendly, attentive, and even packed everything up for us at the end of the night.
