Sweet Sensations — Restaurant in Delhi Charter Township

I really enjoy Sweet Sensations ice cream and variety of options. However, I have went here 4 times this summer and each time I hoping it will be different yet leave disappointed in the behavior of staff and every time there has been an error with what I have ordered. I waited at the window while two girls gossiped. Another time a Hawaiian flurry I ordered was made incorrectly twice before the third. When I asked the girl to correct it she had an attitude. Another time I ordered a flurry and was given the wrong size resulting in them needing to correct it, and again rude about having to do so. I stopped by today (5/5/24). I ordered a medium chocolate shake, not sure what I got. It was barely cold, just soupy melted ice cream with way too much chocolate sauce. I had to pitch it. I was very disappointed, this was Not up to their standards! I fear there is an employee who doesn't know how to make a chocolate shake! I've visited twice so far in the short time I've lived in Holt so far, and I've been thoroughly impressed both times.
