Extra Levels Gaming — Local services in Delhi Charter Township

I have been going to this store since before they reopened at their current location and have bought many things from them, I also developed a dialog with the original crew working there, the willingness to haggle or just talk was appreciated. They are good people, but not very good at running a business.

I work on older computers as a side job, restoring them and then reselling or keeping to enjoy. Billy agreed to buy my big Atari ST lot, this included a lot of cib hardware, monitor, disks, as well as a recapped and clean computer. After we agreed on a price Billy asked to use Venmo or cash app, which can be sketch at the best of times so I asked for cash, unfortunately he didn't have it at the time so I decided I would come back later when he did.

Over time I would reach out via Facebook because the phones are never on, and time and time again Billy either didn't have the money, wouldn't reply, or had some other excuse. It has now been over 3 months since I originally came in and have been consistently stone walled at every corner. Only when I have called them out publicly have they really responded. I don't appreciate my time being wasted, and I'm sure others don't either.

So I have been doing business with this store since it opened and I have found the customer service has gone downhill. I'm sorry to say this to the owner Billy, but when he had hired this guy Kendrick, it was a huge mistake and it gave me a bad view of the store. Kendrick made the shopping experience bad and apparently still has control of the Facebook website, so I have been blocked because Kendrick seems to have issues. They do not answer their phones during business hours so I have no way of reaching out to them. I have found that the consoles they sell are junk and that they don't bother to clean them up. I literally have to take a loss by reselling it on Marketplace for less than I paid because they do not offer cash refunds and will only offer a replacement which is still a junk unit. I am also a rewards member and was supposed to get a Christmas gift with the membership, but that never happened. I am just done dealing with them. I have given them 2 chances and both times they have disappointed me. I doubt they will ever refund me my rewards membership because I have no use for it. Myself and my best friend were on the first customers to this new store since the beginning. Billy is a great guy and always would speak to us about video games, etc. Since Kendrick has been hired, I hate to be that person, but his hygiene is so bad, that it stinks up both the old location, and now the new location (smells like onions, no deodorant, to the point of I have to leave immediately because I can't breathe). I wish billy was in the store more, but if the hygiene and smell of the store were better, overall it would be a better experience. My last visit interacting with staff was interesting. Appears some of the employees know very little and have a not very diverse palette when it comes to gaming (always reverted to one game only in conversation and didn't appear to have experience on multiple consoles, as they stated they were a PC player).
