Lilly does nails very good . I’m not happy with the waxing she does , each time she says I need it , so I say okay , I had beautiful eyebrows , they are not even & have no shape - Lilly was only one who did my eyebrows , nobody else . She gets very defense when I say something to her , it’s not my fault she says , whose fault is it Lilly ???? You keep insisting each time I there to wax them - well NO MORE will you do my waxing . You don’t care that they are uneven & have no shape . You just don’t care how it looks - it’s your doing - you get angry & defensive . I asked you if you don’t know what you’re doing please don’t do it - I know how you said so many times - no more . Everytime you say I need waxing - result no shape - uneven . No more will you do...

Im truly disappointed with my experience today and while I don’t think they care about this review, I am sharing my experience so that others don’t have to experience the same issue. First, they told me that I was getting Nexgen powder and paid premium price for this service but later found out that it wasn’t nexgen, which is supposed to last up to 4 week. Second, they tried to charge me an additional fee to cut my cuticles for the bootleg nexgen service. They didn’t even tell me about the fee until after they did the service which makes no sense at all. Upon mentioning this to the owner, she refused to do the right thing by not charging me for it so I ended up just walking out without finishing the service. They are rude, unfriendly and don’t care...

I have been going to Lena since we moved to Florida and could not be happier! She is excellent at what she does. Not only is she a lovely, wonderful lady, she does an amazing job. I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go - I am not exaggerating! Men, women, even younger people love the bling she puts on my nails! Go see Lena - I promise you will not be disappointed!!
